This is quite possibly the worst Dunkin I’ve been to. And honestly it should just shut down. I have worked at a Dunkin before so I know how it’s should work and honestly it not that hard. But time and time again this location falls short and it’s so disappointing. The only reason I return is because it’s the closest coffee place to my work but luckily a new place opened up closer to me so I won’t be retuning to this Dunkin. Something needs to happen though. I went yesterday and they were completely out of all their kinds of breads?!?!? Like how?? And this was at like 1pm. So middle of the day and you’re out of inventory? And the employees are never pleasant or seems to want to be there. Get some character in that building and some people with some work ethic and it may do better.

I ordered online they had none of the donuts I ordered but the staff were very pleasant and the establishment was clean. They also took 5 days to refund my money after not having what I ordered and a infuriating time with customer service.

It's Dunkin so if that's what you like then they do a great job at it. I go to get food for my other half occasionally. It's always a little wait. Seems like there are never enough employees there.

When you walk in this place it feels so dead. All of the employees are walking around like zombies. I stood at that counter for several minutes while employees walked past & said nothing...not a good morning, or we'll be with you in a minute, nope! Finally they come to the counter and open with "what can I get you? 🙄 Then after 3 mins of supposedly making my sandwich she comes back to let me know that they don't have the meat that I ordered and gets an attitude because I want a refund and not a substitute. Also, my tea latte was more foam than tea, Im done with this location. Someone needs to check in on this store and do some sort of service training because this location is absolute trash.

I walked in and ordered coffee, bacon, and hashbrowns. It took 18 minutes from the moment, my receipt printed until I got my food. There were at least five people working behind the counter, and when I walked in, there was no one else in the store. There were three cars in line outside. 18 minutes.

I had a doordash order for dunkin donuts. After waiting for 20 mins for my order that was clearly sitting on the counter (I asked the asscociate if the order was ready and she said no they are working on it still). Finaly after 20 mins a lady comes over and asks who my order is for. I polietly tell her the name and she hands me my order that had been sitting there the whole time I was there. After receiving my order, I notice a worker "falling out", higher than a kite. He couldn't even do his job because he was so high. I understand people need help with work but come on...dudes going to hurt himself or someone else!!! DO BETTER

They are hit or miss here, the drive thru ALWAYS takes forever. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or what.

I would rate zero stars if I could. I hope management sees this because there is a serious need for improvement at this location. This location gives Dunkin Donuts a bad reputation. Absolutely awful customer service and cold coffee drink, that was intended and ordered to be hot. Makes sense after waiting in the drive thru line for almost FOURTY minutes!!!! Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs. Go to circle K and get you a better coffee for no headache

The worst! No one took my order after waiting so I drove to the window to place it. The man at the window was irritated and purposely gave me the wrong oder after he confirmed it. I just wanted two chocolate doughnut and he gave me two glazed.

This place usually gets my order right, but the drive thru is SLOOOWWWW. They literally take one order at a time to the window and it takes forever to get your order in. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Whoever is running the drive thru is always in there talking to the other employees instead of filling up the drive thru so orders don’t take as long. Do better.

My first time at this Dunkin was a poor experience. I was in the drive through for a total of twenty minutes from start to finish. This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to and they were not even short on workers! I waited five minutes just to get to the menu board (two cars were in front of me) and then another 10 minutes to get to the window. The guy that took my order only said welcome to Dunkin. So I was confused at first if I should give him my order since he never said what can I get you today?
The best part about my experience was the manager gave me my order after it did not go through on the app qnd was not in their system. It took her about a minute to get me my order (iced coffee and a donut).
If you're going to go here before work add at least 20 extra minutes to your commute.
