Latte tasted like hot frothed milk, and looked to be about the same color. Cappuccino lacked flavor as well. The staff however was friendly.

I did a Mobile order ahead with extra time allowed. I waited 10 minutes in the store before I asked about it. I was told it was in queue order. The problem with that answer was that the drive thru cleared out, and people walked in and left with their orders, and still mine wasn't made. After about 15 minutes, a young lady finally took pity on me and made it for me. She should be commended. It seemed to me that mobile orders were being pushed off for walk-in or drive-thru. I have always loved this location until today. New day: today was much better easy in and out. Excellent drink. Vast improvement on the last time I was there.

I go here every morning and I get the same thing.Large caramel iced coffee cream and sugar two glazed donuts. This morning, I got a caramel iced coffee.No, cream and sugar.You could not even hear the man asking you what you want.And then when I gave you my card at the window, he never said thank you have a great day.Nothing.I'm sorry, but today the service was not good.I don't even get my coffee in the morning. And talk about slow drive through its getting worse!

Food is always good and so is the service, I gave 3 stars just because I'm always there never had any problems until one night I stop by and ask for half gal of lemonade and I'm sure it was a manager that said I couldn't purchase that because I had to buy chicken, I was there the night before and had a bid order of food , no problem. So now I always ask for lemonade before anything else. The younger generation, is alot nicer , I will start asking for their names to acknowledge them.

I started coming to this location maybe a month or so ago. I always do drive through. I am NOT sure what the guys name is working the drive through when I am there but he is amazing ! He got me right with my Matcha Latte for sure it taste amazing and I will for sure order this way going forward !!!! Thanks love you are the BEST <3 I am very observant and can tell the morning teams amazing and enjoy working together !!!!
