Dunkin' Donuts. On a Sunday morning. "Temporarily Closed." How incompetent do you have to be to be unable to perform the most basic task of a business - Open the FLIPPIN' doors!! Epic fail.

I have been a long time Dunkin breakfast sandwich fan. I had the finest sandwich that I had in a long time. Thank you!

I got a donut from here and found paper in it. How do you get paper in a donut?? Called the establishment and was hung up on.

Skip on this location. I am only giving it one star, in order to leave a review. Horrible customer service, food and drinks are not made to standards.

Doors were closed at 7:45am, the line was wrapped around the building and they didn't even make my order correctly. Made a mobile order and went inside to pick up, but they hadn't even made it yet. Guy at the counter was picking and choosing what orders to make not even in the order they came in. Absolutely no organization. Wasted over 25 mins of my life waiting for two basic coffees. Will not be going back to this location.

Not open at 6:51am on a Sunday. Walked up and associate asked me to drive around. Still no help at the drive thru.

I get it, a lot of businesses are suffering from a lack of workers, which wasn’t the case this morning at 8am (I personally saw 6 employees). However, when you’re in a customer service based business, QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE goes a long way. Customers should never be able to hear the person “in charge” talking bad about how customers are responding to a 20 minute wait for a hot cup of coffee!!!! I have been going to this location for nearly 6 months bc it’s conveniently located 5 minutes from my workplace but I think standing in line inside for 15 minutes and NEVER making it to the front to place my order and the drive thru line being wrapped around the building was it for me. There’s a LOT more that I want to say but I won’t, instead I’ll just take a 15 minute drive out of the way for a good cup of coffee AND QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE from now on.

The baskin robins and Dunkin' Donuts are in the same building at this location. Paying can be a little awkward as they use both checkout counter for both businesses, but it's not too bad. Seems clean enough inside and in the outdoor seating area. Exiting the establishment is a pickle however and unless you plan on getting on the highway to your right, it's gonna be a little stressful.

The last couple of times I’ve come through the drive through they have been out of cold brew (it’s 9:30 am), like how do you not have one of the easiest items on the menu? Drive through is incredibly slow, I think I sat in the line for 10+ minutes just for an iced coffee. This location needs a lot of

There are some nice people there but most of them are rude. Either the business house or wrong or they just don't go to work on time because they weren't open when I went the other morning. I'm not sure when they are supposed to start cleaning and shutting down machines but didn't expect the coffee machine to be off an hour before they close

Absolutely terrible service. Do not recommend go to different Dunkin’ Donuts or better yet go to Starbucks. Drive-through Employee yelling at people. Completely unprofessional.

The most DISGUSTING donut I have ever eaten. And the service was HORRIBLE. If I could give zero stars I would.

The service that I received from a individual named Gloria who identified themselves as the store, assistant manager, said by far the worst example to her employees that I've ever experienced at any restaurant lay alone in ice cream parlor, my baby left out, upset and distraught, because we couldn't properly be served something as simple as the kids, scoop ice cream we went to the drive-through we were last that in marked so I decided to come in with my two small children only to be laughed at and mocked by aggressive young men, and a very masculine woman who identified herself as the store assistant manager my daughter never did get her ice cream and I don't know that will ever patronize that company ever again not to have to leave something as simple as an ice cream parlor in fear for our lives because of the verbal abuse that we experience I would not suggest that anybody take their children to this specific location it's not safe and or family friendly

Service has improved and is good. Baked good quality is not. Donut Sizes have shrunk and baked goods nothing like they were years ago. Not worth eating the donuts ever now poor flavor. Drinks are good.
