This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Dunkin. Not only was the service horrible and blatantly rude but my breakfast sandwich was burnt and smelled and tasted like chemicals. We now drive out of our way to go to the Strickland or Creedmore Dunkin.

The staff was nice at the drive through but why is it nobody really care about they job anymore. Coffee was old and the donuts were disgusting. Waste of $15.00 got me and my toddler munchkins and apple cider donuts and a small light and sweet coffee that tasted like burnt oil. I now make my own coffee and just bring it outside with me. Dunkin used to have good coffee..now it's just people getting dressed to come hang out and get attitudes with paying customers. Nobody there care about that job SMH just make your coffee at home, do not stop here.

I recently visited a Dunkin’ Donuts location and my experience was deeply troubling and unacceptable. As I patiently waited in line behind another customer, I encountered a manager named Bill, who greeted me with hostility rather than the usual warmth expected in customer service. Instead of a simple "hello," he immediately raised his voice and asked, "What's your problem?" This aggressive tone was shocking and unwarranted, especially given that I hadn't done anything to provoke it.

I was so taken aback that I struggled to express my request regarding a coffee remake. Bill dismissed my concerns outright, making it clear he had no interest in helping me. Despite my efforts to explain my situation, he continued to yell, telling me to take my problems elsewhere. This interaction escalated to the point where I felt humiliated and anxious, particularly given my health condition—I'm five months pregnant and have high blood pressure.

What made matters worse was the atmosphere. Other staff members laughed at my situation, adding to my distress. When I suggested I might contact the store owner, Bill’s response was aggressive and dismissive, further indicating a complete lack of professionalism.

This experience left me feeling devalued and disrespected as a customer. It's concerning to see someone in a managerial position behave this way, especially in a customer-facing role for a well-known company. The lack of basic courtesy and empathy is alarming, and I would hope that Dunkin' Donuts takes this matter seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and understanding, not judged or ridiculed. I won't be returning to this location and would urge others to consider their experience before visiting.

this is why customer choose to spend 12 dollars at Starbucks at least they will remake the coffee for a customer who can not have heavy amounts of sugar,

Ordered a pumpkin muffin and a vanilla glazed donuts for pick up. When I received my order, I was given a chocolate chip muffin and a vanilla glazed donut. Went back in to get what I ordered and an employee said “I gave you a chocolate chip muffin because we ran out of pumpkin. (I understand that happen, but give me the chance to pick something else)

Mind you, when I picked up the order I was handed my bag and no one said anything about not having the pumpkin muffin available. Didn’t even ask me what I wanted instead. The employee seemed annoyed when letting her know my order was wrong. Good thing I’m not allergic to chocolate I guess.

After moving down from Massachusetts, birth place of Dunkin, where there's one on every street corner, it was great to find one close by.
A couple of medium coffees, and a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, and both my wife and I were in heaven.
