I’ve been coming to this location for the last 17 years and, more often than not, in that time I have walked out without the donuts I came in for because they were never available in the case. I started noticing about two months ago that not only were there donuts in the case, but the donuts are beautiful and tend to be absolutely delicious. I mentioned it to the cashier today and she pointed over to the new manager named Tayler that took over a couple months ago and said you should let her know. Tayler is the new general manager, and was an absolute pleasure to meet. She is restoring my confidence in Dunkin’ Donuts after 17 years of disappointment.

I went here 1 hr before they closed and asked for 2 lg ,hot ,midnight roast coffees. The teen there tells me that he already cleaned that pot and so he couldn't make any at that time. Still had an hour to be open! Terrible coffee shop.

Stopped here recently and literally had a cursing match at the drive through window with one of the employees. I know she was black. Just horrible customer service I called corporate and haven’t been back to this location since I just got to Starbucks

Waited 15 minutes in my car for a coffee and another 15 minutes once I got inside. It's a leadership they're two and scheduling issue. Staff your store properly

I’m not sure why, but this Dunkin’ location is the only one that gives me issues. I come here for my morning coffee because it’s closest to me, but the service is often rude. Every visit costs me over six dollars, yet I’m never satisfied. In the past, I stopped coming because whenever I asked for iced coffee with less ice, they wouldn’t fill the cup to the top. No other Dunkin’ I’ve been to does this only this location. It feels like I’m paying full price for half a drink, which is unacceptable. Try to give it one more chance, and the same thing happened this morning. Because of this, I would never do business with Dunkin again.
