Typical dunkin, staff are friendly and helpful, drivethrough is a bit tight and oddly laid out. Food is always as fresh as it can get. They used to be not as busy, but with new trader joe's in the lot and new dunkin deals, they are busy now. Staff turnover rate is low, which is generally a good sign

absolutely terrible, employees are incredibly rude and passive aggressive, this place has gotten my order wrong over 3 times now and im absolutely sick of it. they dont even TRY to give you what you asked for they just throw whatever in there and call it a day. im done ordering from this dunkin until they get some real employees.

Stop hiring teenagers because they do no care about your establishment or your customers. They messed up my door dash order and when I pulled in, two of them were sitting at a table next to the window. They were so interested in watching me pull into a parking spot, calling another worker to gawk at me then getting door dash orders correct. I walked in and told the girl with the red knotless braids what my concern was. What's frustrating is, with these door dash orders, they do not expect you to pull up when they mess up your order. I told the girl, how they messed up my order and she said they ran out of the donuts I wanted. If that is the case, they are suppose to call and tell you. This girl didn't care but took my money anyways. Also, I asked for no bacon on my sandwich and guess what, bacon!!!!!! And ask me why the girl who was helping me still didn't understand what I was asking her and then she was acting like she was offended????? It's frustrating because these establishments keep hiring incompetent people just to have bodies behind a counter. Do better because I'm telling everyone do not come to this location

Literally the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too. I used to come here daily but I cannot take it anymore. I order head, get there early, and I am still in like for 15+ minutes if there’s more than 2 cars in line.

Awful service at this Dunkin… I have now, on more than one occasion been able to place orders online. When I get to the store, they say they do not have the items or sold out and cannot refund my order somehow (cause I don’t have my phone?). They’re basically running a scam, lol….how can you not be able to refund me for food you sold me that you actually didn’t even have?!
Absolute awful service, do yourself a favor and goto Ducks. I can’t even get anyone to reach back out to me to see how/if I can get compensated for the food they let me order and didn’t actually have any plans to serve me.
