How they manage to mess up my order literally every single time is BEYOND me. Breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and hash browns are always burnt, cold, or just plain incorrect. They never have the donuts I am asking for or they are soggy or stale. Honestly the worst part is the service. Nobody, and I mean not one person working here, seems like they want to be there AT ALL. They could at least PRETEND to care about my orders that they are blatantly messing up every time. I try to give this Dunkin the benefit of the doubt since it’s at a decent spot near my house, but I straight up GIVE UP going here. It’s just too disappointing every time. 1 star isn’t low enough.

I wanted to try Dunkin for the first time as I am typically a Starbucks girl, I Mobile order an iced CHAI latte. When I get my drink the lady said did you just get coffee and munchkins and I told her I didn’t get coffee and asked if the brown mixture was coffee and she told me it was the brown sugar. As I’ve never had Dunkin I took the drink because I was in a rush and as I try it I get straight coffee. By this time I’m near the Dunkin closer to my home and I go in and ask if it was made right and they told me no. i personally hate coffee which is why I resort to chai. This was very disappointing for me, probably won’t try again.

Its actually the worst dunkin I've ever been to. I've ordered three separate times and every time they got the order wrong. The first time, I ordered one latte in the drive thru, and they had me move to the back door - like does it really take that much time to make A coffee- and ended up giving me someone else's order. The Next time, I went into the store, and they still didn't give me my whole order. It was missing items. This time, I ordered on the app and went into the store to pick up, and the frozen coffee was barely blended, and they did not heat up (at all) the hashbrowns AND they forgot half of my order. The sandwich was thrown together and falling apart, and the hashbrowns looked like they had been smushed into the bag.

Don’t come to this location ever. The workers are rude and unprofessional. They don’t even do the order right even if you order med it online. And don’t update anything about their locations. Light ice for them is making the drink 90% of ice with three sips of the actual drink you paid for.
