Almost every single time I get a simple hot coffee it is lukewarm at best or cold. I started going to a different location instead.

Second time I have come to this location after four. This time an employee informed me they close at 4 and it is on the website. I do not check the website for hours when I drive by. You need to post hours on door and at drive thru speaker.

I went this morning to pick up my coffee like how i usually do and the lady who spoken to me so called a new “ manager” was so rude. I understand you’re trying to establish new rules but didn’t need to be rude. I hope whoever is responsible looking into hiring managers customer service skills. I won’t come back to this location. I hope she is finding peace and prosperity within herself so she won’t treat people like that.

This Dunkin was absolutely terrible. I sent a mobile order then had to sit in the drive through for 45 minutes. When I got to the window, the server handed me my cold coffee then said “have a nice day” with no apologies. I then said “where’s the rest of my order?” They had not even started making my 4 wake up wraps yet so I had to wait another 15 minutes for those. I will never go to this Dunkin again!!!

I never leave reviews, but I frequent this Dunkin and always have a good experience. Today, the store was extremely busy and the general manager was not offering any help or even checking on the 3 employees that were clearly overwhelmed.I know what it’s like to be one of those employees and while I was patient and understood they were working hard, the manager not hopping on the line with the staff to get orders out/not interacting with upset guests during an obvious rush bothered me as a customer and the employees seemed upset about it as well.I will still be returning as I always have a good experience, just felt bad for the girls working this morning.

I ordered two caramel coffees on the dunkin app and when I went to the window they told me they do not have caramel and to get a refund on the app. I asked how to do the refund and she told me she didn’t know. So basically “just learn to do it yourself”. I came to this dunkin to have my money taken and to spend time out my day to do a refund. This dunkin needs to train their employees better and notify customers on the app when they run out of caramel.

I rarely write reviews for good or bad service but this Dunkin has failed me multiple times so here I am….A few weeks ago, I ordered an iced coffee with reduced cream. Instead I received the worst iced coffee I’ve ever had. The coffee was completely watered down and there was so much cream that the drink was white. I decided to give it another try this past week though bc inconsistencies happen. I ordered a latte. I got it and it was literally purely milk and flavor. You could not taste any coffee/espresso at all. I asked the staff and they responded “oh you want espresso in it?” It’s a latte that’s the whole point…. They lady working was very nice and threw in a shot of espresso but it was still undrinkable (and I’ve suffered through some bad coffee before hahah) and tasted only like milk with a slight amount of coffee. Dunkin is my go to for a pick me up and across the board they need to work on quality control. But this location needs some major work.

Stopped by for an afternoon coffee, it was really delicious and fresh! Which is important for the coffee lovers. The service was friendly as well. I was very happy. Keep up the good work! Definitely will be returning.

Slow service on a good day.Two people working on a busy Saturday morning with cars wrapped around the building.A new face behind the counter knows what should be happening and was apologizing profusely, the person back there that’s presided over multiple successive customer service failures didn’t seem to understand what moving with a sense of urgency means.It’s Dunkin, so when you eventually get your food it’s good.Even odds that it’ll be correct depending on who takes and/or fulfills your order.Just make sure you get the items you ordered.And always be prepared to wait.
