Order was not brought out in order. Salad arrived with meal. My wife got the Dover Sole which was sold as a small portion that should not be split. It turned out to be a large portion that could have been shared. I ordered another fish selection that was excellent. Overall, the food was excellent although our waiter was the bartender and should have been one of the professional waiters. The ball was dropped and I was very disappointed as it was a birthday celebration.
We always enjoy dining at the East End Bistrot! The menu choices are splendid and always cooked to perfection. We enjoyed top notch service and this is our go to for a special occasion and Raleigh. 
We had a lovely night at Eadt End Bistro. My scallops were delicious and my daughter enjoyed the chicken. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. I highly recommend the restaurant for a special night out.
