The food is good.Let's get that out of the way. The bigger problem was, they had no drinks besides alcohol and water. The waitress super slow and had a nasty attitude. The biggest problem was this the music was so loud you can't even hear yourself think. At the bar there were 4 dudes drunk as hell being super obnoxious.
And grabbing on one of the girl bartenders. Like I said, the food was okay. The atmosphere was garage and the service was horrible. This isnt a restaurant.This is a hangout spot for the lower class.

In my 40 years, I have never encountered a situation as frustrating as this. We were there first to arrive for lunch, we ordered drinks, water, and an appetizer simultaneously. The appetizer arrived promptly, and we then ordered our meals—a main course for two and a kids' meal. Standard practice would suggest that these items be served together; however, only the two adult meals arrived, with no sign of the kids' meal.

Despite waiting approximately 20 minutes without any follow-up on how the food taste or if anything is missing, I eventually had to leave my table to find our server, Yuribel B (as identified on the receipt). I located her by the drink station, where she was eating her own lunch. I inquired about the missing meal and received no apology—only a dismissive response indicating it was on its way. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I approached her once more, requesting that the item be removed from our bill so we could settle up and leave, as my child still needed to eat. Her response was that we would be charged for the item regardless, as she claimed to be the manager and insisted payment was required.

At this point, I was prepared to escalate further, stating I would not pay for a meal that was never served and requesting to speak with another manager. After I refused to make payment and told her if no manager was there, then let's call the police to settle ( something I have ever done in my life), she eventually adjusted my $100 lunch bill.
