Food is very bland for the price unfortunately not the best experience as well. They don’t return food back to the kitchen so if you don’t like your food just know you need to pay for it even if you only took 1 bite. 15% gratuity is already added. Manager is weird and I don’t think they got Dominicans cooking cause it’s not giving

Recently visited after my original visit 2 years ago. The vibe isn't the same and the quality of service has significantly diminished. Except to use your phone to help translate.

The restaurant is horrid and has not been kept. Serious cleaning needs done. Now its hookah and limited services. While I was excited to return i quickly became disappointed.

We went on 8.23.25, food was delicious. It was a nice fusion of flavors. The drink were really good as well. The place definitely looks bigger in the online photos, but nonetheless worth the experience. I recommend the experience.

AUTHENTIC Mofongo DOES NOT have powered cheese sauce! Idk what they are doing but mixing cuisines and presenting it as a Puerto Rican dish is just disrespectful to the culture.

I called to cancel a reservation and they just hung up before I could so now you beat waiting for people until next week when I come in and have a talk.Ghetto

I was really excited to try this place. The experience started off great—service was attentive, and both the drinks and food were enjoyable. However, things quickly took a turn once we asked to be seated outside. Big mistake.

Shortly after sitting down, we had to ask staff to kill a large spider near our table. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of it. We ended up killing three more spiders ourselves—plus a roach. I understand we were outside, but the lack of maintenance was unacceptable. When we were first seated, the area seemed fine, likely because the outdoor lights weren’t on yet. But once they turned on, it revealed that most of the chairs were covered in spider webs—and some still had spiders crawling on them.

I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one available. Our server dismissed our concerns, saying, “Well, since I didn’t see the spiders, there’s nothing I can do.” I literally handed her napkins with the dead spiders in them so she could see them. Even then, nothing was done.

To top it all off, they began placing cleaning supplies on our table while we were still sitting there, and while the kids were still eating.

We wanted to enjoy ourselves, and the service started strong—but the lack of cleanliness and the poor response to our concerns completely ruined the experience. Definitely not returning

Little more lowkey spot but still has amazing Puerto Rican inspired dishes, especially the mofongos.

Amazing food and service

Drove from Durham to try out the inovated menu and atmosphere. Everything we had was delicious. To drink, we had a strawberry Margarita pitcher and it was good enough for two people. The waitress was attentive but missed some things like giving us the plates and making sure we had everything set up on the table. To start we ordered the mixed pinchos and wow! –They were pretty good with a nice presentation with fried yuca along with an amazing dressing and a salad. We also ordered the empanadas and they were okay (not a big fan anyways). The atmosphere is welcoming and bathrooms were super clean too. 4/5 👌

The food is good. But the price to flavor along with the experience is not equivalent. It is a place to experience once. Came once but not twice.
