El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant

I bought tacos which did not come with everything taco was very plain nothing but meat and also did not get my rice paid $15 for them and was not right. Quesabirria was missing items also no beans or rice.

Part of my order was missing and instead of driving back in the rain, I asked for a credit or partial refund. The manager’s response was that they did not miss anything and I must be wrong.

Our absolute favorite Mexican restaurant! We haven't eaten a dish we didn't like and they have the best tableside made guacamole. The service is great, even when busy! Worth the drive from Clayton and skipping the multiple other Mexican restaurants we pass on the way.

Mostly excellent, but the atmosphere was spoiled by the frequent coming and going of numerous noisy take-out customers. The take-out and eat-in moods (and venues) do not blend well!

Very very bad experience. If you have food allergies DO NOT eat here. I requested several times that I have an allergy to certain products and all the waiters don’t seem to know English. When I mentioned allergies the only response was No, not sure what they comprehended. It took about 5-6 tries to explain one of them but still the order came out wrong. DON’T EAT HERE AT ANY COST if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. It is very difficult to communicate with them. Other food that we ordered was also undercooked and dry.
