Visited while traveling through Raleigh and it was coincidentally across from my hotel. Great food and friendly staff! Loved it!

The Buffalo chick’n sandwich was delicious and filling. The fries were delicious too (just wish they were served just a bit warmer)… overall super delicious! Updated from previous review on 2025-02-19

The "Cheese Steak" sandwich was okay. Nothing special. The PB Cheesecake was outstanding. Everything was a little overpriced in my opinion. Service has always been a little slow. This last trip there was only ONE wait staff for a crowded restaurant and people also dining outside. IT isn't the best plant-based restaurant but it is a far cry for the worst. We will revisit.

Delighted to find this gastropub right across the street from my hotel. Saturday afternoon & the place is packed. Able to handle solo diners as well as groups of 6/8. I opted for the Ck’n Pot Pie. Yummy pastry!!

I went with friends for some light food and drinks, i have a tree nut allergy and nowhere on the menu did it mention nuts were included in any food items. I reacted to the loaded fries because the cheese is made with cashews. And maybe that’s some implicit understanding with vegan food but to not have any labeling about it is dangerous as I had an allergic reaction to the food because I couldn’t have known there would be tree nuts in the cheese

But our server was very nice and tried to help as much as she could after the fact, I wish I remembered her name. And my mojito was very very good.

I never write reviews… I wanted to give Element a 3 star, but it’s hard when I had such a great first experience, but the 2 since then have gotten worse and worse.
First time was amazing, it was a Sunday evening and they were busy, drinks and food were awesome. Food was hot and fresh, service was great & I was elated to have found a nice Vegan restaurant 20 minutes from home.

Second time was different. My husband and I took our friends who aren’t Vegan to try it and I was so excited for them too. However the food wasn’t good, several items were messed up and had to be remade, I ordered the chickn pot pie and it was so spicy I could barely eat it. Bummer.
3rd time was the kicker, however, I will say the bartender made up for it.

It was Valentine’s Day and we had made a reservation for 3pm to avoid the crowds. My husband and I were celebrating our 17th V-Day and never go out, so it was special for us. We were sat against a back wall staring at another wall on a tiny table when half the restaurant was empty. The wall was gross and needs to be repainted. My chair was super wobbly, so I switched it only to find the table was just as bad. I asked to be moved by the window and was told no, we have other reservations coming in, like we didn’t have a reservation and others had reserved better tables? She told me other stuff about the sections were a certain way and it wasn’t possible, I asked if all my options were the 3 tiny tables against the wall and she said yes. I asked to speak to a manager and her response was Well, I’m kind of the manager. What does that mean lol then I said well we can just leave and that’s when she said I can get the bartender, I said ok. Bartender moved us right away and was a fantastic server, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. I was a waitress myself for 6 years from fast food to fine dining and anytime someone asks to move, you move them if you can. Experience is everything in a business as my husband and I are business owners ourselves for years.

Not a single person came into the restaurant the hour we were there, so I call BS. It literally made no sense, how can 3 tiny tables be a whole section when it was 3pm and where were the other reservations? Honestly made us feel less than and it was so unnecessary. The so-called manager sat around while we ate and swept outside for a minute, very bizarre. Never said another word to us and didn’t say goodbye when we walked out right past her. Food was good and we left the bartender a hefty tip.

Seems like it really depends on who the chef is that day and the wait staff as to what kind of experience you’re going to get here. We’ll see how it goes next time!

On my first visit there, I had the Ruben Sandwich. I was so pleased they used sauerkraut, it was amazing!!!

This restaurant has great wings and loaded fries. It has a cool atmosphere and the staff have been very attentive and friendly. We had some great hot apple cider our last visit. In my opinion, it is a bit expensive for the portions and the music is a little too loud. But otherwise, I have enjoyed it and would go back again.

We had the Reuben and the buffalo chicken sandwich. They Reuben was quite flavorful. The buffalo chicken not so much - even with the added ghost pepper sauce. I wasn’t blown over by the food, and would try another place the next time I am in Raleigh. Interior of the restaurant seemed tired. Updated from previous review on 2024-12-07
