Empire Eats is the best caterer in the triangle. As a former employee, I found that other wedding caterers we tasted as we prepared for our wedding didn't come close to the quality of Empire Eats selections. We went with Empire despite eating a lot of their food during my employment. Kimberly and her staff always do a fantastic job! Kimberly even helped bustle the bride's dress at cocktail hour!!
Everyone at our wedding kept commenting on how great the food was. Multiple people asked about the caterer since they were looking for a caterers.

Food was just blah. Loaded fries, fries were not cooked enough. Still totally white and Luke warm cheese. Loaded nachos, supposed to be pimento cheese, it was the same cheese whiz that was on the fries. Never again wish I taken photos. It was really bad.

We hired Empire Eats catering to provide the food for my father's funeral reception. He loved his eastern NC BBQ, so I selected the signature buffet package from The Pit Restaurant. Not only would Dad have loved the authentic whole hog, hickory smoked deliciousness, but he would have been delighted by the outstanding customer service and attention to detail provided by the Director, Kimberly and the wonderful mother/daughter combination that attended the event from start to finish, giving me and my family time to enjoy the reception and fellowship with friends and family. Although the food prepared was good, the presentation and service was not at its best. The cater did not use the promised chaffing dishes. The majority of the dishes were in aluminum pans, the guest could not return for the left over food. The cater packed up all the food left claiming it was not suppose to be given

From the catering event manager to the staff that was on-site for the event, helpful and professional at every turn. Now let's get to the food, the options were plenty and all the guests enjoyed them very much. The biggest hit was the pimento cheese biscuits followed closely by the chili bomb bites. I highly recommend Empire Eats to cater your party, your guest and your tastbuds will thank you.
