Epic Wings lost my order, not a huge deal, things happen. But they refused to give a refund. The employee I spoke to couldn't understand that I had ordered directly from Epic Wings and not Door Dash. She had to call her manager who wasn't at work on Saturday night, then called back to explain she couldn't give a refund and that her manager told her this happens all the time and I would have to call some other company to request a refund, despite that I ordered directly from Epic Wings and received an email receipt from Epic Wings and had paid Epic Wings. When I asked why they couldn't just remake the order, the employee said, and I'm not kidding, "I can't do that because it doesn't say that on my screen." She acknowledged I had made and order, that I had paid for that order and that the order had been lost, but couldn't grasp the idea of just remaking the order because her computer didn't tell her to. Asked for a call back from someone who could think without reading a screen, no call. Will have to dispute the charges with my CC company because Epic Wings lost the order, refused to refund the money after acknowledging they had lost the order and couldn't remake the order because they couldn't see that on their screen. I'm truly embarrassed for them.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE TO GO!!! If you’re debating between WS or Epic… CHOOSE EPIC WINGS. Their ranch is top tier. Not runny like their competitor. Soooo, let’s talk about my experience. This is like my 5th time coming here on my lunch. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious! They never disappoint when it comes to appearance and the taste. Today, I went to go pick up an order that I placed online. When I arrived, the owner of the restaurant greeted me like she always does (hospitality is great!) but this time she told me that my order would take a little longer to prepare because she had to cook me an extra tender because there was one that was dropped in the fryer along with the others that looked skimpy. BOY OH BOY. Talk about going the extra mile!!!!!!!! Not only does she prepare every meal as if it was her own but her integrity is what made me a forever customer from this day forward. I ordered the 4 piece garlic parmesan tender single meal and it was BEYOND delicious. It was truly EPIC. Epic hospitality, Epic taste, and Epic quality!!! No Skimpy tenders around here!!! I would’ve took a picture but I DEVOURED them on my lunch. Take my word and you won’t be disappointed! Why are you still reading this? GOOOOOOO ALREADY ???

Epic Wings are truly epic. My husband got the lemon pepper extra crispy extra wet and let me tell you they were extra tasty. I did the sweet chili extra wet extra crispy and truly extra yummy. They make the wings fresh so you’re gonna wait 10-15 but it’s going to be worth it!

Wanted wings so we decided to try this place. The staff was friendly, helpful and honest about the menu when we were ordering because the pictures they have show breaded wings but they do Not have breaded wings.Extremely disappointed with the food. Paid extra for all flats got home to drumsticks which were hot but very dry and literally no flavor or seasoning of any kind. We got sauce on the side which was ok but I hate drumsticks so we couldn’t even enjoy our food. We didn’t get any veggies with our order that they said were included. We will NOT be coming back.

Im very impressed with the food. I got garlic parm wings, extra crispy, fries and the flat bread pizza. I froze 40 mins to try the place out and I have no regrets. Trust me, it’s worth a try. Only downfall is wait time but that’s because it’s prepared to order.

Visited epic for the second time hoping that my experience would be as good as the first, And they have definitely maintained their quality of food and service since day one! This time I tried the epic fries with lemon pepper, and it was delicious! I inquired about the cinamon treats, but did not purchase. But to my surprise a young lady by the name of Starr brought a sample out to my table to try; on the house. They were delicious, and of course I bought some to go! I’ll be back again the next time I’m in the area!
