First time here and it was amazing! The customer service was through the roof and Tina was so hospitable! Definitely made you feel welcome! Will definitely be coming back !!!

It's a whole vibe!! Each time I come I have a good time, the food is always really good and I love the drinks!! Customer service is always impeccable always greeted with smiles and politeness. I recommend 10/10.

It's not about the state law!!! It's about the attitude you get because you are not from N.C. and you did not know!!! "Did you read??" from the security.....nor "Did you ask??" from the female employee is DEFINITELY not the response I should have gotten. I made it perfectly clear when I told you I had never been there and did not know!!! I was ok with it until I got attitude!! Maybe I should have been told that when I purchased 2 f'in cups for $18.00. The last thing I need is attitude when I'm spending my hard earned money at an establishment!!!! I won't be back again tho!!! As a customer service manager I would never allow my customers to be treated so poorly behind something they did not know!!! I only gave 1 star because I had no choice.

Good drinks, no food like others but the only downside is the fact that it isn’t any music playing…the vibe would be so much better! Please bring the entertainment! Thank y’all in advance!

update: i went back on 8/17/24 and they delivered exactly what they said they would. the vibes was there, drinks was on point as always, i tried the cheesesteak eggroll…definitely was tasty but could be bigger for the price and music was playing. i will be changing my 3 stars to a 5. Thank you for listening to the people :))))

The food was not good. They told me I could take the drink and then when I tried to leave the security guard stood in front of me and wouldn’t let me leave. You can’t block someone from leaving. He told me I had to buy food to have the drink and I just ate the food I bought and wasn’t going to stand in line to purchase more food so he took my drink and said something under his breath. They need to get on one accord about the rules and notify people that if they don’t have food left, they can’t take their drink because they’re the ones that poured it into the to go cup for me. Wasted my money on the food and the drink and the music was not good. 0/10. The Greensboro location is better. It doesn’t matter if it’s closed or not , it was still better.

Didn't order food this night. We stopped by after having dinner elsewhere but everyone's food looked really good. Got a Miami vice and sat and drank it. The DJ?!?! VIBE. PERIOD. Wish the place had a dance floor because I would've been temped to get up! Everyone was vibing and singing. Amazing atmosphere. Will be back!

Nice lil’ chill spot. NOLA takes Raleigh. Bartender was cool and wants me too make her some good ol’ Gumbo…? ?

5 stars for this place hands down. Heard nothing but great things about this place so had to give it a try. Definitely felt like I was in Nola with the awesome drinks and they were delicious, so many fun flavors to try and mix together. I have traveled all over the US and this is one of my top favorite spots to stop in. The atmosphere was world class, everyone was so friendly and having a great time together. Place was packed! The staff was world class and could not have been nicer. Step inside the next time you’re in the area either for a quick drink to cool off or for a fun night. Definitely will be my new spot for a while when I’m in the area.

Absolutely delicious food and drinks. The icees are delicious and i would go back any day. The owners of the establishment are very generous and kind.
