Where to begin. Just a really bad and embarrassing time for my work party of 12. Used to come here regularly, but last night's service really put doubt in ever using them again. Started with a tiny table for 12 and when asked if they could simply add an extension table I was coldly told no and the manager just walked away. Then there were two chairs and 3 place settings missing... I mean really?!? Ordered 6 apps for the table and then told that 4 of those were not available that evening some 10 min later. Then one of my co workers entrees never even came out and they finally brought it 20 min later when everyone else was done eating and proceeded to spill sauce on his jacket and on top of that the fish was rubbery and inedible. They claim they were understaffed, but the rices were the same and we simply didn't get what we paid for which was nearly $750. Horrible service from the beginning. Very disappointed, and certainly not what I expect to represent Raleigh to out-of-town co workers. Just embarrassing, and the manager simply couldn't care less that evening. Even downright rude.

I'm hearing impaired (deaf on one side), and the noise level on a busy Saturday evening made conversation challenging, especially while entertaining my non-native English-speaking (Japanese) guests. Food and service were excellent

Fantastic food and service! Highly recommend but would highly suggest a reservation for nights and weekend dinning.

Long wait, wilted underdressed salads were overpriced. Our party was separated. Nice waitress, but some staff standing around.

I liked I could make a reservation but the service was slow and the food was over tenderized. For the price you pay for a steak they put so much salt or tenderizer that it left a chemical taste in your mouth and the baked potato was overly coated in salt. The lemon cake with blueberries was a good portion to share with a nice taste and texture.

Thanks so much for the free steak dinner on Veteran's Day for my husband (Air Force Veteran). He looks forward to it every year. Our food was AMAZING and our waitress was kind and accommodating! It was a quite busy when we walked in but the hostess did a wonderful job of getting us seated quickly and managing the masses! We will definitely be back!

Dinner at Firebirds was excellent; atmosphere, service, food and definitely dessert. Definitely a local favorite.

Filet was cooked to absolute perfection and the meatloaf could not have been tastier. Server was perfection

My baked potato was warm at best and my ribeye had very little flavor to it. It tasted like a steak from Food lion. I've been eating at this restaurant for many many years and it was my favorite steakhouse, your steaks in the past were amazing, definitely prime cut but not this time

I wanted to get a last taste of the steak frites from the Summer menu and it did not disappoint.

We loved the experience and the atmosphere. Dinner was delicious and served to perfection. It was the ideal setting and ambiance for a special evening with a very special lady.

We had a horrible experience. Food was terrible. Manager came by and did absolutely nothing. 

Firebirds is hit or miss and they really missed this time. The 16oz. ribeye was poorly cooked and was a minimum of maybe 8 oz. One-third of that was not edible and between the two of us, neither was able to saw through to even try that third. The BLT salad is usually our favorite, but this time it had questionable lettuce pieces which is probably why we were both sick the next day. The fruit was all off color apple and three grapes. It will be a long time before we consider going back, which is a shame because we used to love it. There were manager-like men seemingly checking dishes as they came out. Not sure why, but it didn't help. I also mentioned a birthday on the open table reservation as well as mentioning it twice to the waiter. Nothing was ever done for it at all, nor were we offered dessert.

My husband's dinner came different from the way the menu showed it. Mine was supposed to come with a side of broccoli I never got and the brownie in the dessert was stale. My dinner was very good and I enjoyed the salad.
