I love Firehouse, this is a complaint about this specific location. I have never had a bad experience at any other Firehouse. Placed an order online for two of the new french dip subs. Wasn't ready or being worked on when i arrived, 8 minutes after the pick up time. After giving my name and waiting for a couple minutes, I was told they were out of roast beef. I told them to cancel the order, and they promptly refunded me, so there's that I guess. I was excited about trying that sub, and I also just discovered this location was close to my work, so I was picturing future lunch visits. One and done, never again.

I love Firehouse subs, and I enjoy their food. This negative review is more about this store than it is about Firehouse subs in general. We ordered a large takeout order (6 subs and drinks). I ordered the new French Dip to try. While the other subs were fine, mine was a 'sub fail.' We took the subs home and found that they did not include the Au Jus for my French Dip. Then I noticed the sub was burnt (not toasted, burnt). I went back to the store, and while they gave me the Au Jus, when I asked about the 'burnt' sub, they said that is just the way the French Dip comes because of the garlic butter. 😐 Again, the other subs were fine, but honestly my burnt sub was not edible. It tasted like burnt toast. I will not be returning to this Firehouse Subs. Hopefully I can find another Firehouse Subs nearby that is better.

The staff here is extremely friendly and I haven't had an order made incorrectly since I started visiting for the Gluten free rolls. They're SO good.

The subs are awesome, the best I ever had.
Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
The only criticism I have is that the place could be a little bit bigger, because I had to clear way for other customers the entire time, while I was waiting for my sub.
But that's nitpicking! Keep up the great work, guys! You the best ?

I hadn't been to Firehouse in a while but used to really enjoy it. I drove out of my way to go there based on how I used to enjoy it. Something is definitely wrong since I last ate there. The sandwich was subpar and I only ate it to avoid wasting my money. The meat had no flavor and was mushy. I'm not sure I'll visit again.

Here's the main problem.... The sandwiches are getting smaller. I ordered a medium club on a sub... Big mistake. I ate the entire sandwich in one bite. I hold meat with bigger girth every single morning when I relieve myself, and maybe the length is the same as usual but these sandwiches are getting THIN. I know it could have been worse though, I could have ordered a small. I honestly feel like the process of eating this sandwich used up more calories in my body than I actually gained from the product. I ate three cliff bars on the way home from here.

I don't believe any fire fighters have been helped by firehouse subs and I think it's a bad idea to have asbestos covered fire suits hanging up where I'm trying to eat. Just ditch the charity angle and tell me that you want more money for less product. I'm going to Jersey mikes next time because they cut the meat in front of me.

Very slow service. Asked for pickles—didn’t get any. Sub was not equal halves. A woman who came in after other orders were taken was served 1st. Too pricey for the lack of quantity and service.

Place an online order today, sub was dry more bread than meats. Customer service was very low, no greeting or smiles in sight. Really disappointed, it wasn’t a rush hour either for there to be no feedback.

I don’t like to talk negative about things but this right here needs to be addressed the way the kids service people are horrible no quality in anything they do anymore.. We’re in hard times and to waste on this thrown together food they serve customers is rediculous and its not worth half the money they take. I will never go back there.. We come to a time where eating out will be crucial..

Just pulled up to get food immediately before I even go in there's a girl behind the counter looking outside giving of an I don't want to take anymore customers attitude time is 8:10pm you close at 9:00pm but yet we're already starting to close and put chairs up and clean the store. As soon as I open the door she says your system is down they're not taking anymore customers. And proceeded to lock the door behind me. Honestly won't come back here, if she doesn't want to be here then the quality of food my family will get will be poor.
