Took away the free sandwich for Veterans Day and now made it a buy one, get one free. Really don’t care about the troops.
I’ve only gotten takeout orders here, but the staff are always friendly, and the shop is always clean. They always get my order right, and the food is always delicious. I’m definitely going to keep coming back.

The sandwich was cut in quarters and there was no meat on the end quarters and minimum in the inner quarters. I assumed that it came with grilled peppers, onions & mushrooms. Boy, I was wrong.

We live in the Raleigh-Durham area and had tried the Firehouse Subs near R.D.U. airport, which we really liked. We decided to give this other area Firehouse Subs a try. Having a child in our group, we noticed the fireman/firehouse theme of the restaurant: there is fire equipment, hard hats, emergency equipment, and so on, strewn around the restaurant. This is overall a nice touch. Will you ordered a chicken breast sub, a tuna sub, and a side order of macaroni and cheese. We also got a couple of bags of chips and some drinks. The food was typical Firehouse Subs, we liked it. The service was OK, nothing special, they could have been a little bit more attentive when we were ordering. Prices are relatively low.
Super rude staff on the phone. Will never patronize the store again.
