Firehouse Subs Brier Creek

Gopa Gopa Gopa. That's how many times I had to ask him his name. He continued to repeat my question back to me. Very immature. I ordered through the app for pick up. Gope refused to look up my order. Insisted another order was mine, even handed me the bag with Jared Lewis(I'm Jay)name on it. We had a similar order and it was the only order he had so Insisted I take the order. After repeatedly telling him that is not my order and showing him my receipt on the app. He refused to make my order without a ticket. I decided to leave. Halfway across the parking lot he calls me back in. He now has the ticket by looking in the computer(which he never looked when I was in the store).
Gopa takes a bow and paper out of the trash can with meal prep glove telling me he can make my order. When I saw he wasn't changing the gloves. I told him to change his gloves you were just in the trash can! After 30 mins of being at this store I have the sandwiches I ordered. My 7 yr old daughter wanted a drink and asked him after he held us up for 30 mins and he wanted to CHARGE her for the drink! Corporate Corporate Corporate do something about this Gopa!

Gopa was extremely rude to my family. An online order was placed by my husband and instead of pulling the ticket from the computer he decided to try and force him to take a similar order that was already prepared for someone else with a similar name. This went on for about 30 minutes that my husband tried to tell him the order was not right. It wasn't until after my family walked out and left the order that he came running outside saying we have the order.

This employee is the reason why businesses don't do well and customers go elsewhere. Very poor customer service and if Gopa checked thr computer first could have been prevented.

Honestly the food is very good and the atmosphere is nice but sometimes their service is very very slow. The employees don’t even show urgency.

This place was awful. The sub was cold, soggy, and had barely any meat. The bread tasted stale, and the vegetables weren’t fresh at all. The staff didn’t seem to care, and it took way too long to get my food even though the restaurant was empty. Definitely not coming back.

Garbage!! Outdated spoiled turkey on their Jamaican jerk sandwich which I got food poisoning from. Never again!!!

My 5th time coming there. I live an hour away and we dont have places like this in small town, I drive up here to work. They always have my order perfect and done fresh and always great me with a smile. Its nice to be able to get a good affordable dinner from friendly folks. As long as I work up there ill be stopping by often.

Took me 2 minutes to eat my sandwich but 8 minutes for them to make it!!!! And I’m the only one here …go to jimmy johns!

I walk in at 8:30 to order a sandwich, and this dude (who refused to tell me his name) kept trying to tell me what time they close the store as if im not privy to this information. He then continues tell me what time they close and refuses to take my order. He also refused to give me any management information. He should be dealt with expeditiously!!
