They don’t listen when you order and barely speak to you when you are ordering. When i thought he was listening to me when i was ordering he was spaced out looking out the window i guess i ordered two sandwiches and only got then was charged for a drink and chips that i didn’t ask for. This is why i hate ordering from this location

WHERE IS ISAIAH????? BRING MANAGER ISAIAH BACK!!!! DELTA AIR LINES MISSES HIM AND HIS INTRICATE ATTENTION TO DETAIL!!!! UGH WHAT BOTHERS ME THE MOST IS MY SANDWICH LOOKED JUST AS RUSHED AS IT WAS MISSING THINGS I PAID EXTRA FOR I ASK FOR PICKLES AND SHE GIVES ME ONE YET HER EMPLOYEES ARE SITTING DOWN EATING WITH LOADS OF PICKLES !!!! I BRING ALOT OF BUSINESS TO THIS STORE AND I THINK IT WOULD BE WISE TO FIND SOMEONE ALEAST ON HIS LEVEL IF YOU CANT FIND HIM. Funny how he use to be in here busting his ass by hisself mostly and yet you got a store full of workers and still can’t get it right the FIRST time

The subs are spot on at this location. They have been delicious and perfectly made since the establishment opened SEVERAL years ago. The customer service has slightly declined as well as the cleanliness, though.

Poor service and over charged. Book online because in store prices are increased by $4 or more. Also, they didn’t make our subs correctly after we repeatedly told them what to take off and leave on

I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks and the same worker was here both times. He is so very kind and pays attention to detail every time. It’s hard to come by food service workers with a smile. Thank you Sarb for being so kind and actually seeming to be enjoying your job! 😊

I frequently go to this location for subs and today I went in to use a birthday reward. I did not see the offer listed on my app even though my birthday was listed in the settings so I went in the store for some help. The employee was not able to help me find the offer on the app or figure out how to use the birthday reward at the checkout. I left without a sandwich and the employee offered me a cup of water. Very disappointing experience.

Customer Service was terrible on yesterday. Employees barely spoke and felt reluctant to take orders. This usually doesn’t happen at firehouse but this one was terrible
