Worst firehouse I've ever been to...first off...the lady behind the counter was just trying to push me out the door...I asked her for some hot sauce with my order and she assured me she would put some in my bag...didn't put any in my bag...ordered it to go and when I got back to my room to eat the same sandwich I've ordered 100 times...its the worst one ive ever had...hardly any bbq sauce on it and barely enough meat to make a sandwich...also asked for a pickle and got no pickle...I would understand if they were busy but I was the only one in the store...horrible experience!! Won't ever be going back!!

Spent $27 on 2 Regular subs, a cup of loaded baked potato soup, and 2 bags of chips. Prior to ordering the soup I asked if it contained bacon and if it did to please remove it. The cashier stated that the baked potato soup didn’t have any bacon in it, I proceeded to order and pay. Not only did it contain bacon but the soup was super watery, mightiest well been milk! I called 3 times once I got to work and was ready to eat my lunch, NO ANSWER. I agree with the other reviews stated, this location provides inconsistent orders and quality. This has been my 3rd visit at this location and each time an issue has occurred with my order! Please someone do something about this location asap, new management or close it down at this point!!

Sooo inconsistent which is so frustrating! My sub is always either missing an ingredient or two AND/OR severely lacking meat. I order the same thing every time and I get a completely different sandwich every time. I’ve put in 2 support forms for this location and nothing ever happens. The page road location is much better.

Food is really good, as you would expect from a Firehouse. The employees were really friendly, too - full of smiles, polite and attentive. They made it feel good to be there! The only knock I had was the tables and drink area were a bit messy and could have used a good wipe down.Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the strip mall.

Barley any meat on the sandwiches, got one of them wrong and wanted to argue about it then the girl snatched the sandwiches and threw them in the trash dramatically like it was our fault she messed up? Terrible costumer service. Find a better sub place, this one obviously needs work on the food AND customer service. We didn’t order a side of attitude with our sub lol. Trust the bad reviews, they suck. Go to Penn Station, better food, no attitude and around the same price.

I used my birthday rewards for myself and ny twin sons . Got 3 brownies and 3 subs. Paid and ordered online. The employee Mateo did not serve us. They were busy playing in the store and didnt want to work and said no manager there & they pretend they dont see orders. Called corporate and they seen them. But noone cared . They refused to make it right and screwed me out of my money and orders!! The manager the nexg day today confirmed they are going to do nothing to resolve (they dont care)

They refused to take my coupon that doesn't expire until the 31st of Dec.Then once I ordered, they messed up one sandwich and then gave me barely any meat on the other. I'm paying $10 per sub, of course I'm going to go back in and complain. The lady catches an attitude and starts arguing with me about what I ordered. After 5 minutes of trying to explain both sandwiches and how they were wrong- she literally snatched them out of my hand and slammed them in the trash. Then she remade my order and STILL got it wrong lol. $10 for ONLY a sandwich that you get BARELY any meat on- and then have to spend 30 more minutes arguing and waiting for the remake. Unpleasant experience with rude employees.Won't be back.
