I had an incredible experience at First Watch today! From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was welcoming, but what truly made the meal stand out was the service. Our server, Val, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, friendly, and had such a positive energy that really brightened our morning. She made sure our coffee was always topped off and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. It’s rare to find someone who handles a busy brunch rush with such grace and a genuine smile. The food was fresh and delicious as always, but Val’s exceptional service is what will keep us coming back to this location. If you’re heading in, definitely ask for her!

Ordered online for delivery, so had no expectations of my meal being hot. Ordered scrambled eggs they were done so hard it was dry. The French toast was missing my powdered sugar and butter. It was not coated all the way through with the batter(so the taste was only saved by the syrup)

We just finished brunch at First Watch on Hillsborough. As always, the food and service were excellent. However, we were disappointed to learn that this location no longer validates for parking at the garage across the street. The person taking payment told us they stopped validation about 4 months ago. If there was a notification outside the restaurant, we would have known to seek parking on the street or chosen to go elsewhere. They really should put a no validation sign.

They got my food wrong. Made me wait over 20 minutes when it dead inside. I can see the cooks standing around talking with the waitresses. When I told our waitress I didn’t want the food and for the bill, she said her manager wouldn’t take the food off our bill. After waiting another 5 minutes she brought my food out in a Togo box and apologizing. It’s not her fault, it’s really the kitchen
