Olivia made us feel welcome as she seated us and took our orders. The food was delicious. I had The BLT Eggs Benedict, which was fantastic. Olivia did a great job by making sure we enjoyed the food and we were comfortable. She didn't rush us.

0 star if I could. Terrible service today. Never even saw our waiter. They seated and served tables that sat down after us. After 15mins I told the guy at the front that we had not been seen and we still didn’t see anyone. And I waited another 5 mins. Sucks because I was introducing someone to this place and that was a terrible first experience. Especially since tables that sat down after were already being served drinks and order taken.

I don’t normally leave reviews as someone in the industry I tend to have grace. However this was not a good experience. The eggs with the Benedict were hard boiled the greens in the side salads with it had completely wilted and was inedible. Our waitress never came back after dropping the food, which had she been super busy I would’ve understood, however she walked by numerous times on her phone not looking up. I had to use my napkin to fix the wobbling table (which isn’t a big deal it happens) however when we asked the only server we could see for another napkin she acknowledged us then went to buss a table and never came back, so i went and just took new silverware from the host stand. We had to flag down our server at the end due to the fact she never came back to pay and leave. Over all i have had good experiences at other first watch locations. However, this is a location I don’t plan on going back to or recommending.
The staff was running around as if their hair was on fire. The front desk would be left abandoned for 5-10 minutes at a time, leaving those who needed to pay and check out confused and frustrated.
Various tables were dirty meanwhile there were multiple families waiting.
It’s such a waste to have such a prime location but have no clear organization. I’m hoping I came in on a bad day but what I saw was a complete dumpster fire. I came because of the good reputation first watch has in my community but felt like if I was at Dennys.
