The Caucasian mid 20smanager with tattoos made the experience so terrible. FOOD GREAT AS ALWAYS!! But she was so incredibly rude cussing under her breath, making rude comments to coworkers who weren't engaging with her about people coming in, and slanging customers food bag across the counter in a dramatic micro aggressive matter to display her irritation with customers coming in. The two guys working were very sweet (April 11th 2024 closing shift). It's just so distasteful when someone that is supposed to be management is acting so childish. Super unnecessary.

Nothing beats the freshness and quality of ingredients here. The employees were super friendly & helpful and greeted everyone as they came in. Also really appreciated how clean the tables and bathrooms are. I’d eat here at least once a week if I lived closer!! Please come to Wake Forest!!

Watched a party ahead of me get fat shamed and then gaslit when they asked for the order to be cancelled. How dare yall make fun of complete strangers in front of their kid. Classless jerks. We walked out as well.

The inverted cheeseburger was the best burger we have had all year! Shoutout to the cooks on Tuesday night, got an extra tip when we return! Yall the bacon was crispy, cheesy, and savory that we couldn't take a pic lol! 10 out of 10 for sure!

Typical Five Guys if you’re familiar with them. Much better than your usual burger fast food joints! Parking could be a hassle here and they do NOT have a drive thru. Nice area. There is underground parking nearby if you feel like walking around, this is a nice spot to do it with lots of little shops and food outlets.Parking: Very tight little village square type set up. Only a couple of spots per store are available on the street. There are no parking lots for any of the businesses here.
