I was eating. A burger and then I pulled out a long piece of black hair and then I told the employee and they said hold on.I'll get the manager.The manager asked me what color was the hair .He smile and he was just giggling like it was fake .
when we walked away to get the received he was saying all types of stuff . the service was horrible. Well, at the end we got a refund. You kept rolling his eyes and having an attitude but I did not recommend going.

We love Five Guys. We have visited multiple locations in multiple states. Some stand out and shine. Others need some polish and elbow grease to bring them up to standards. This particular location needs some polish and elbow grease. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant on a Friday afternoon when we walked in. Our biggest points with this location: the hamburger was not piping hot when it got to us...and we were dine in and not carry out or delivery service. Most every location we've visited has at least mastered that basic task. Peeling back the bag revealed a portion of fries on par with expectations. It's the next step that wasn't. The fries were cold, with very little, if any seasoning and in some cases hard. While the expectations for a Five Guys customer are freshly prepared hamburgers and fries, this experience had us questioning if either menu item had been freshly prepared. I'm sorry to say but this location failed. We will never return.

Life sucks sometimes and you get to places a little later than what you prefer. But when your advertised open till 10:00 p.m. and you locked the doors as I pull up at 9:50pm and just stare at me thru the glass its kinda BS. If you don't want to be open till 10:00 p.m. please change your advertised hours.

Food is great. Fresh burgers, service was under par on our visit. The order printout was correct but when the order came we were short. By the time you order a burger, fries and drink the cost is just under $20/ person. Can't beat the tastiness though.

The staff at Five Guys was friendly and efficient. The vegan sandwich and fries were perfectly prepared. The prices are a bit higher then other fast-food restaurants, but the quality was good.
The restaurant itself was not very clean, and as we left there wasn't a trash can to dispose of our meal leftovers; we had to find a staff member to take our trash to the back for us.
Overall, it is a fantastic choice for quick food made with fresh ingredients. I'd suggest trying a different location for cleanliness and access to a trash can.

Asked for a hamburger with all toppings and they gave me only the buns with 2 patties. trash service get better ears next time
