Came here after it was suggested to me by a Persian couple I met. I love authentic Persian food as I lived with a Persian family. This restaurant took me back. The food was amazing! I had the Ghormeh Sabzi and lentil rice and my mom had the chicken kebab with the dill rice. I highly recommend the dill and fava bean rice! Definitely the best out of the rices. We also had Persian ice cream for the first time and it was a delight! We will be back soon.

As someone who has had authentic Persian food for all my life, I can confidently say that the food at this restaurant is exquisite and authentic. Incredibly delicious and extremely high quality and well prepared menu items. The staff is super friendly and nice. I would recommend everyone visiting Raleigh to try this gem of a restaurant. 10/10 and I will make sure to return with my family the next time I am visiting Raleigh!

Being that this is the only Persian sit down restaurant in the area their food is pretty good. I am using Southern California as a yardstick. We had the lamb shank, the sour cherry rice, and the eggplant stew. Our servers were very attentive. They have a nice little area outdoors that you can eat if you prefer.
Portions are very reasonable, and the pricing is very reasonable .

This is the best Persian restaurant I’ve ever been to. EVER!!!! The food is absolutely phenomenal reminding you of the food back home. I had the Soltani plate. The Barg kabob (beef tenderloin) is so tasty and has the perfect texture and tenderness! The Koobideh was very juicy and fresh! I love the fact that they don’t charge customers for TEA! In Fact they let you get refills at no charge! You can’t find this service anywhere! The portions are above average compared to other Persian restaurants I’ve been to in the nation. Additionally, the negative reviews do not represent the actual experience. I remember the previous management used to charge an unpleasant 15% service charge for dining regardless of how many guests there were. The new owner has really improved the quality of the food and service. The food is AUTHENTIC, HEALTHY AND FRESH. I will definitely be back more often with friends and family.

I don’t usually write many reviews, but oh my, this food is not just good, it’s phenomenal! The khoresh-e ghormeh sabzi stew is so flavorful, with the beef chunks, it’s so filling and warm. Perfect tandoori bread, not over nor undercooked but just right with a neutral taste profile, so it forms a solid base to whatever it’s added to. Fresh salad too. The Laban ayran was fresh and not sour at all, so very easy to drink. The Persian saffron and rose water ice cream is just chef’s kiss in exquisiteness and I love how they delivered it in ice. Delicious, pleasant, and nutritious meal overall. They know their food.

Man what a place ! This has been on our list for awhile now but we live an hour away. TODAY WE WENT though.
As a middle eastern and coming from Maryland where we have several different Persian restaurants finding a Persian place was hard.
However this place ! THIS PLACE IS IT!
The decore and feeling felt like my grandmother. The food taste and smelled amazing ! And the fact they have zereshk is what tops it off !
WE WILL RETURN
