This has been my go to lunch place for the last 15 years if I’m in the airport area. I almost always order the lamb kebabs, because they are perfect.
I’ve hosted numerous guests at flame kebab, and have always had a wonderful experience with delicious food.
They have one of my favorite drinks in the world, Doogh.

The place is small and when full very congested. The food is great. Service is excellent except that they charge you for any small sauce requested extra. A pricey place like this should do better.

If you’re looking for something delicious and a bit out of your comfort zone, I would highly suggest flame kabob! The portions are generous, and the food is delicious. I personally loved that you could get a hot cup black tea throughout your meal. I also suggest asking for their hot sauce that they make! Love this place for a date night or a meal for the whole family.

The restaurant has poor customer service and satisfaction. The problem is that we pay $23.81 and the issue is…
- Lack of quality
- Kabob is sometimes overcharred
- Bread is burnt and when asked to give us non-burnt, they put it behind the bag
- Purposely shrink the rice quality excusing for “Kabob space”
- Don’t understand customer’s relationship and/or loyalty
I’ve been a customer since 2018 being for 7 years and I come consecutively on weekends and summer fridays ever since 2022 till 2025 and I remained loyal but they don’t live up to the basic expectations. I’m not asking for customer loyalty discount for free or extra stuff but basic things but they increase the price to give us less and they know who my father and I are.
For the people who work there, please fix your service or else I won’t come.

One of the best Persian Kabab's in the country. The food is simply delicious. We had the Family Feast which was both economical and had a little bit of everything. And great tea available for free. My favorite restaurant to visit while in Raleigh.

If you’re searching for a place where authentic flavors meet refined presentation, this restaurant is a gem worth savoring. Every dish we tried was not only delicious but also prepared with exceptional care and passion. The shishlik was an absolute standout—perfectly grilled lamb chops with a smoky char on the outside and tender, juicy meat inside. The ghormeh sabzi stew carried deep, earthy aromas from slow-simmered herbs, balanced beautifully with the tang of dried limes. The saffron ice cream was creamy, smooth, and fragrant, it captured the essence of Persian saffron without overwhelming sweetness. The Napoleon Pastry was a masterpiece of textures—crispy, buttery layers of puff pastry alternating with silky custard. Highly recommend trying the Flame Kabob.

This is hands down our favorite restaurant—probably ever!
Their chicken breast kebabs are the best you’ll ever have: succulent, tender, and grilled to absolute perfection. I also love their doogh (yogurt drink), and their saffron ice cream is delicious as well. We’ve been coming here for more than a decade and absolutely love it every time.

Hands down the best Persian restaurant I’ve been to not just in NC, but anywhere. As someone who makes a lot of Persian food at home, it is rare to find a place that I like as much as or more than my own cooking. We come here all the time and always have an excellent experience. Claudia is phenomenal and such a delight every time we come in. My Persian father demands we go here every time he comes to visit.
