Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

The shareable sides were very flavorful but had to return two steaks that were undercooked, unfortunately they came back dry afterwards. In my honest opinion, not worth the $500 bill ( no alcohol included) for 4 filet steaks and simple salads. The service was friendly and knowledgeable but dirty plates and empty glasses staying on the tables is not acceptable for fine dining.

From start to finish, our dinner at Fleming’s was absolutely above and beyond. We chose the dinner for two and were blown away by the quality and flavor of every dish. The 6 ounce Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and melt in your mouth good. The standout was the 28 ounce bone in Prime New York Strip, beautifully marbled, expertly seasoned, and served sliced for easy sharing. There were 3 salts to elevate the dish to taste.

We had crisp, fresh salads and wrapped the night up with the decadent Chocolate Lava Cake that oozed warm Callebaut Belgian chocolate with every bite plus strawberries. Truly the perfect ending. Our drinks were equally on point, with refreshing Blueberry Lemon Drop Martinis and a classic Old Fashioned that was bold and balanced.

A special highlight of the evening was when Andrew, the general manager, came by our table. He was incredibly personable and genuine, taking the time to sit with us briefly and ensure we were having a great experience. That kind of thoughtful hospitality truly made the evening feel even more special.

The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was perfect for a quiet night out. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their evening with exceptional food and gracious service.

They treated my sisters and me so well for my birthday dinner. Fleming's offers a wonderful ambiance, great service, delicious food, and even better drinks.

I ordered 18oz ribeye @ 1st it was good but the further I got into my meal the salty it got I couldn't eat it the Manager was super nice he wanted to make it right

When I tell you!!! Fleming's customer service was nothing but top tier I mean it. Normally I don't write food reviews but I came late, because I was stuck in traffic. The hosts was kind took my birthday cake kept it cold. Then my waiter I wanna say his name was Kevin he gave my whole table free champagne ? and the food was sooo good. Fresh and warm. Wished it was a little hotter but this your sign to celebrate your birthday at Fleming's

We celebrated by son’s birthday here and we were extremely pleased. This was our first time and and will definitely be back. Everyone, especially RJ, was very attentive, making sure that we did not need anything and that we were satisfied with our meal. Our meals were fresh and tasted great. The meat was tender and full of flavor. We even saved some room for dessert and shared a few (chocolate lava and olive oil cake) and they did not disappoint. I would definitely be back.

We were staying in Raleigh for the evening and decided to try Flemings for my husband's birthday. The food was top quality and delicious. Staff extremely friendly. We noticed a few things and the service seemed ( we could be wrong)to be a little short handed, but we were patient and understanding. But maybe they weren't expecting to be so busy on a Monday evening, a good thing for any small business. Here's the bonus of what we witnessed:every staff member was helping each other out! This team did excellent ? ?
This definitely makes them a 5star steak house in my opinion. Every table was provided service with a smile and the food was worth the little wait.

We'll definitely be back if we make it to the area.
