Terrible business practice to close & not inform your EMPLOYEES until the day of & not offer any severance or ANYTHING!!! Extremely DISAPPOINTING!!! I can only hope that KARMA DOES YOU EXACTLY THE SAME AS YOU DID YOUR EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS AT THE WILMINGTON NC LOCATION!!!

When it was open, it was a handy spot for before or after the movie (next door) although hit and miss in my experience. Signage is down and the windows are blank. So, it's not closed on Maps, but it's closed. They no longer list this location on their web site.
For a place in north hills, horrible. Chick-Fil-a does more business then them. All I ordered was boneless wings and fries. Something that should have not taken for ever. I’m literally about to leave 5 minutes left.Update: got the food before we were about to leave and it was warm like it had been sitting under a lamp for a while definitely not coming back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.
This was the single worst dining experience I think I have ever had. My friend and I showed up for lunch yesterday, it was not very busy. The spicy margarita I ordered had SO MUCH jalapeno that it was going up through the straw with every sip. Then we put in our food order - my friend had a burger and wings, I only ordered a chicken caesar salad. We asked or sever about our food after about 35-40 minutes. The server didn't seem to have any idea but when we asked again in 15 minutes when it still hadn't come out she said that there was one person in the kitchen and it was only her second day. Shortly after that my friend's food came out but my salad took another 10 minutes or so. The salad was not good, it wasn't even dressed! The dressing was on the side... after an HOUR. We politely expressed our dissatisfaction and our sever offered to comp a round of drinks (we had 2). She came back with only one drink comped - nothing else, despite the fact that I waited an hour for a caesar salad in a restaurant that had maybe 5 tables seated. This restaurant clearly DOES NOT CARE about the experience they offer their customers. Extremely disappointing for a $100 lunch and I will never to return to either this location or ANY Fox & Hound location. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible drinks.
It was okay. I would of thought they would have a Valentines Day menu. Two of the drinks I ordered, they didn't have the ingredients to make. The waiter Eric was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. It seemed that the kitchen staff were waiting on customers as well. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. I gave it 4 stars because they were truly trying.
Consistently atrocious. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I absolutely understand restaurants struggling on many aspects since covid started, but there is no excuse for how terribly this place is run. The place will be dead and service will still be borderline non-existent. The most recent (and final time) I was there, I went with a group of 11 other people and there was maybe one other group of customers in the place. You would think our server would want to tend to us, but I can count on one finger how many times she swung by our table throughout the time we were there. Once I was finally able to order food, it came out 45 minutes later. Once we were done, you’d think they were tempting us to dine and dash because there was no sign of anyone to take our money for the next 25 or so minutes after we were set to go. I’d love to say this is a one-off but it’s not; it’s consistent.
I had not been to this chain restaurant in a long time. It was nice. We had no wait to be seated (it was almost 9:30pm) and at this time of night they were only serving appetizers and burgers. Our service was great. The food was good. It was a good after movie date night grab a quick bite to eat spot.
This place has a nice aesthetic, but that is about it. The tables are too close for one, the mule we ordered tasted like ginger water, and the food.... ugh. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it may have been the worse chicken sandwich I've ever had. it tasted like extremely crunchy water. absolutely no flavor and cooked way too hard
Ordered take out at the location in Raleigh Christmas day 2021 and it took about an hour. The waitress first said our order was already given to us and we thought we would be waiting even more for them remake our order. We got our food and half our order was wrong! I ordered the chicken quesadilla with no jalapenos and they gave me a side of jalapenos with no sour cream. We also order the blackened chicken with mac and cheese and fries and received the chicken with RICE and BROCCOLI. I also wanted the apple crumb. Received no ice cream! Not a very good experience. I understand it was a little busy but that was just acceptable.
Horrible experience! I was there for takeout not the bar itself. I stood there for over 20 minutes until someone finally told me to wait even more to get the food. After waiting 15 more minutes the food came out oily and definitely not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

We ordered take out it took over an hour. They forgot half of our order. Also, the BBQ chicken salad was terrible. It was missing items. It had literally 5 black beans and maybe a teaspoon of corn. The salad had way too much barbecue sauce. This is the second time I have eaten here, we will not go back. I would rather have burger King or McDonald's.

I went to Fox and Hound at North Hills on a Saturday night and the service was HORRIBLE! I completely understand that places including Fox and Hound is short staffed. What I don’t understand is how my party comes in and numerous parties after us get served before us. I don’t want to say it was a race issue but another table next to us also appeared to have the same issue as us. So you come to the conclusion. Me and my friend came in and was seated. A server then came and sat 2 waters down for us and said our server will be with us shortly. 20 minutes later no one had asked for our orders. Meanwhile another gentleman(white) was seated and his whole table got waters when all his party wasn’t even seated. Meanwhile the rest of my party had come in and they still hadn’t even got water nor had our server came over to take our order. Why bring water to a table where people haven’t even sat down yet, meanwhile people are actually there and you don’t bring them water nor take their order. Finally someone did come by and say they had an issue with their servers and he did apologize. So I’m thinking cool he’s going to make up. I was wrong. It took another 20+ minutes to get our drinks. Our drinks come out. My sis got a rum and coke that tasted like watered down coke. I got a crown apple Moscow mule that tasted like watered down ginger beer. My other sis got that as well and she also said it tasted liked just ginger beer. My bro did get a burger and he did say it was good. I would never go back. Again I understand places are short staffed but the service was terrible and nothing was really done to make up for the terrible drinks and terrible service.
Tried to go in last night for some drinks with some friends around midnight, but the hostess was incredibly rude to us and said they would refuse to serve us if we wanted to grab drinks from the bar and have a seat at the outdoor patio, seeing as how they weren't seating anyone indoors. When the hostess shows unprovoked attitude at guests as soon they walk in, it really reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. We happily took our business elsewhere.
1. The wait for takeout was over an hour and it wasn’t even busy2. After such a long wait, food wasn’t even great3. The white girl working at the bar wasn’t the friendliest. Almost snappy. I think she assumed because it was Uber order that I was just an Uber driver but it was MY order that I ordered off the app.4. I can see why this bar was empty for most part on a football Sunday
