Terrible business practice to close & not inform your EMPLOYEES until the day of & not offer any severance or ANYTHING!!! Extremely DISAPPOINTING!!! I can only hope that KARMA DOES YOU EXACTLY THE SAME AS YOU DID YOUR EMPLOYEES & CUSTOMERS AT THE WILMINGTON NC LOCATION!!!

Atmosphere: 1

Food: 1

When it was open, it was a handy spot for before or after the movie (next door) although hit and miss in my experience. Signage is down and the windows are blank. So, it's not closed on Maps, but it's closed. They no longer list this location on their web site.

For a place in north hills, horrible. Chick-Fil-a does more business then them. All I ordered was boneless wings and fries. Something that should have not taken for ever. I’m literally about to leave 5 minutes left.Update: got the food before we were about to leave and it was warm like it had been sitting under a lamp for a while definitely not coming back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

We came on a Saturday night. The table we were sat at had been available for nearly 20 minutes. Our waitress constantly kept disappearing, food took forever, and food was complete crap. Note it was not busy. Once we sat down we were here for over 2 hours...... as I mentioned food took forever. Two of us ordered the Mac and cheese which didn't even taste right so we didn't touch it. 10/10 would not recommend

This was the single worst dining experience I think I have ever had. My friend and I showed up for lunch yesterday, it was not very busy. The spicy margarita I ordered had SO MUCH jalapeno that it was going up through the straw with every sip. Then we put in our food order - my friend had a burger and wings, I only ordered a chicken caesar salad. We asked or sever about our food after about 35-40 minutes. The server didn't seem to have any idea but when we asked again in 15 minutes when it still hadn't come out she said that there was one person in the kitchen and it was only her second day. Shortly after that my friend's food came out but my salad took another 10 minutes or so. The salad was not good, it wasn't even dressed! The dressing was on the side... after an HOUR. We politely expressed our dissatisfaction and our sever offered to comp a round of drinks (we had 2). She came back with only one drink comped - nothing else, despite the fact that I waited an hour for a caesar salad in a restaurant that had maybe 5 tables seated. This restaurant clearly DOES NOT CARE about the experience they offer their customers. Extremely disappointing for a $100 lunch and I will never to return to either this location or ANY Fox & Hound location. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible drinks.

Tried to grab a quick dinner at 8pm on a Friday evening... keyword tried. The restaurant was 1/3 full at most, with a large percentage of those people sitting at the bar. I was by myself so I grabbed a stool and sat down. The poor bartender was completely alone and doing her best to keep up with everyone, and after a l few moments came up to take my order. She warned me that the kitchen had an hour plus backup on food orders but she could get me a drink. I told her that was fine, I wasn't in a hurry. Looking around I was a bit confused as no one at the bar had any food and there were only a few full tables eating, so I asked the bartender if there had been an issue in the kitchen causing the delay. She said "oh no it's just because we're so busy". Confused, I went ahead and ordered a cocktail and food and pulled out a book to read while I waited. Less than 5 minutes after she took my order an older man (appeared to be the manager) came storming out of the back and started chastising the bartender in the middle of the bar, with about 20 patrons awkwardly looking on. He berrated her for trying to place a food order and said that they weren't serving food to anyone at the bar because the kitchen was so busy and she better not try to add anything else. Again, there was one large party of maybe 18 in a side room, and then 8-10 other filled tables. There were easily 25-30 empty tables. I understand being short staffed, but just say so. Blaming the "busyness" of an empty feeling restaurant is just odd. The bartender comes over an apologizes to me profusely and says that apparently the hour wait for food is only for tables, and I'll have to be seated if I want to order. At this point I was feeling like a massive burden instead of a customer and decided to just pay for my drink and leave. I did leave a 30% tip for the bartender, she looked like she could use it.

It was okay. I would of thought they would have a Valentines Day menu. Two of the drinks I ordered, they didn't have the ingredients to make. The waiter Eric was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. It seemed that the kitchen staff were waiting on customers as well. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. I gave it 4 stars because they were truly trying.

Consistently atrocious. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I absolutely understand restaurants struggling on many aspects since covid started, but there is no excuse for how terribly this place is run. The place will be dead and service will still be borderline non-existent. The most recent (and final time) I was there, I went with a group of 11 other people and there was maybe one other group of customers in the place. You would think our server would want to tend to us, but I can count on one finger how many times she swung by our table throughout the time we were there. Once I was finally able to order food, it came out 45 minutes later. Once we were done, you’d think they were tempting us to dine and dash because there was no sign of anyone to take our money for the next 25 or so minutes after we were set to go. I’d love to say this is a one-off but it’s not; it’s consistent.

This has literally become my favorite after hours spot. Came in here the other night and was met with the most warm welcome from my server Brittany. She Rocks! She made sure i always had a drink next to me I also ordered food to go so she bagged it up for me and brought it to me and was was smiling and cracking jokes with me the whole time. She's literally immaculate and made my whole experience at fox and hound a normal occurrence when i get off work. She even remembers what I like to drink even though i switch it up sometimes. It's amazing. People like her are what makes the service industry so great, it's a breathe of fresh air. Real genuine, love the vibes at this place and although all the servers/bartenders are all great Brittany is my favorite, Make sure to ask for her when you visit you will not be disappointed. You will literally feel like you are a guest in her home.

I always have such a good time when I go here! Especially when Brittany is our server! She goes above and beyond to make sure my friends and I have a great experience every time!

I had not been to this chain restaurant in a long time. It was nice. We had no wait to be seated (it was almost 9:30pm) and at this time of night they were only serving appetizers and burgers. Our service was great. The food was good. It was a good after movie date night grab a quick bite to eat spot.

This place has a nice aesthetic, but that is about it. The tables are too close for one, the mule we ordered tasted like ginger water, and the food.... ugh. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it may have been the worse chicken sandwich I've ever had. it tasted like extremely crunchy water. absolutely no flavor and cooked way too hard

Ordered take out at the location in Raleigh Christmas day 2021 and it took about an hour. The waitress first said our order was already given to us and we thought we would be waiting even more for them remake our order. We got our food and half our order was wrong! I ordered the chicken quesadilla with no jalapenos and they gave me a side of jalapenos with no sour cream. We also order the blackened chicken with mac and cheese and fries and received the chicken with RICE and BROCCOLI. I also wanted the apple crumb. Received no ice cream! Not a very good experience. I understand it was a little busy but that was just acceptable.

Nice atmosphere. Food was ok. Was pretty empty. So service was quick. The drinks were ok.

This place is great! Thanks to Aimee for the great service! Fox and the hound wouldn't be the way it is without her!
