Asked if I could get my ice cream without a bag and he snatched the bag away. Didn’t return my greeting, didn’t make eye contact, didn’t face toward me whatsoever, didn’t respond when I asked questions. Both staff members appeared quite upset that people were ordering 15 minutes before close. I only ordered a pint. All they had to do was grab it from the freezer, so I didn’t hold up their close.

The cookie dough sundaes are the only thing that will get my 97 year old husband Antwon to get out of the house😅. It’s so so amazing and we love sitting outside and enjoying the nice weather while eating our ice cream. We like to go around 4:30pm after we pick up our twin sons Randy and Neville from pre-school for a yummy treat! 10/10 recommend

Everytime I come here to this exact location because I live down the street I ask for a brownie with a scoop of strawberry ice cream on top. I never worry about the price they charge me or what they are supposed to charge me do to their rules and that’s fine but they still manage to give me as the customer what I requested. Today it wasn’t like that , the young lady at the front said no and not at this location. I don’t understand because I’m the one eating the ice cream and paying for it. But here we are. To top it all off my brownie was hard as a brick and I couldn’t even bite through it that also hasn’t happened, it might’ve been old.

I ordered Milky Way ice cream which was supposed to have caramel and marshmallows , however turned out to be just plain chocolate. Upon informing the lady at the counter m, I was told that that’s how it is supposed to be and sometimes it’s not mixed well. And they can’t do anything about it. At $5 a kids portion this is totally unacceptable. Very disappointing. Especially the cavalier attitude of the store employees. Will not be visiting again.

My wife and I visited the FRESH location on Glenwood Ave.on on 1/9. My wife ordered a kid's cup of the Milky Way and I ordered blueberry. This was our first visit to a FRESH location and unfortunately, we agree with a previous review regarding the Milky Way. The counter person indicated it was chocolate ice cream with swirls of caramel and marshmallow, which sounded fabulous, however, it was more like just plain chocolate. The blueberry was very good. It was a little disappointing especially when paying $5.15 for a kid's cup.
It was a perfect ice cream day. I opened my trusty Google app. FRESH Ice Cream pulled up less than a mile away. It was delicious. They offered a wide variety of flavors. I’ll definitely be back.

10/10 would recommend to ANYONE who likes ice cream. They have the most creamy and flavorful ice cream. Would also recommend the waffle cones! The atmosphere is fun since they have some outdoor games and places to sit and chat. I love that they support local businesses as well. You need to try it if you live in Raleigh!
