What!?!? A gas station taco truck! Awesome! I broke tradition and tried the steak and shrimp burrito instead of my normal carnitas go-to. Glad I accepted the recommendation because it was awesome. I forgot what a delicious texture bonus and extra special touch it is to have a burrito that is perfectly grill pressed to finish it off. Love the salsas too. Now I have to come back 2x because the al pastor looks mesmerizing.

Awesome food! Lots of outdoor seating, tables were clean but trash on ground, parking is tricky (lots of tow away zones). But did I mention...the food is really really good! Don't be in a hurry, they are popular, and there is a wait.

Heard about them from others and what a cute food truck. The G’s quesadillas were delicious and their tacos were so filling. Definitely get it Volcanos. The carne asada with the fresh onions and cilantro was good, but the Pastor tacos with a pineapple spear were another level. I’m usually not a fan of pastor but I couldn’t help but eat it after tasting it. However my favorite was the camaron (shrimp)… hence the reason why there is no picture. I wolfed it down before taking a photo. I would recommend getting the salsa verde especially for the quesadillas. The flavors bring a freshness to the quesadillas that you didn’t realize you’re missing. The slight heat and the cilantro in that sauce is delicious.

I'm conflicted. My tacos al pastor were dry and one was missing the pineapple. But I appreciated the fried onion, radish and cucumber. My daughter ordered the same thing and loved hers.
Now that queso. It's so good I could drink it. No chips needed. LOL.
Service was friendly.

Great place to eat some authentic Mexican food on the go. If you want to eat there, they have some picnic tables and you just have to buy a drink at the gas station. Unique experience I guess you can call it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I ordered some tacos and a torta and both were 10/10. Go support them!

The asada and al pastor tacos were very dry. Difficult to swallow and not juicy or seasoned. The carnitas were a little better. Did not live up to the hype.
