My whole family love ❤️ the attractions the environment the staff everyone was great we will be going back alot

We took my grandson and nephew for his birthday..... There is a cost for all of the activities. It was very clean, the staff was friendly. They are on Groupon.

Took The Kids For My Daughters Birthday and We Had A Blast! From The Glow In The Dark Mini Golf, Bumper Cars, Laser Tag & Our Favorite, The Indoor Go Carts, I Would Definitely Recommend This Place!

I took my kiddo to this indoor play park and while they seemed to enjoy it, I had some mixed feelings. The play area was decent, but the cleanliness was a major letdown.The games and attractions also seemed to have really short play times, which was frustrating. Would consider going back if they step up their cleaning game and extend play times.

I used to work here back during the 1st two years of it being open. It’s so cool to see all the new stuff they’ve added but it’s a shame that the customer service has plummeted to a zero. I remember customer service used to be a top priority here. The teenagers working look like they’re being forced to work here and like it’s such a burden. One girl was asleep at the jumping zone where the air bag is. Smh there was multiple kids jumping at the same time, adults jumping with more than one child in their arms. There was no kind of safety being implemented. The other employees in the area would just point to her and laugh, they didn’t even bother to wake her up. 30 minutes of this went by before a manager was called over. Which leads me to my next point. The managers had no sense of customer service either. Would walk right by you and make eye contact and not even smile or say hi. At one point a manger walked into the jump zone where the girl was sleeping and didn’t even say anything to her. When I worked here years ago, food that was ordered was brought to the customers wherever they were in the facility. I ordered food and after 20 minutes still had not received it, I went to the cafe and there my food was sitting under the warmer. I wish they would’ve told me I had to come get my food. I mean what’s the point of giving me a stand with a number if I’ve got to come get it myself? Maybe give me a time frame too! All in all my kids had a great time but as the adult who’s spending $40+ in just 2 hours, I lol at these things and they matter to me.

Loved going there kind if expensive but worth it and the pit with the blocks was actually impossible to get out of it took me 8 minutes even with my friend helping me😢

Park was great. Food not so much.

OK so this park is what you would expect from an indoor park and I dogie the play area a 5 it's lots of fun, now for the not so good was the cafe, usual menu with no frills but we had the double steak cheese burger with lettuce tomato pickles, well it didn't come out that way, only burger and cheese no veggies and the burger was sooooo dry it was killed 3 times, the pizza was as respecte, but honestly if you can't make pizza then you shouldn't be serving food, we were also missing a few other items and this is why overall I saw it fit to give it a 3, staff is very friendly and we will come back but might just eat elsewhere.

My daughters 6th birthday was a success. The kids had a good time.
