Do not order from here. I placed an order online. Went in to get it and they never filled the order. Said they didn’t have it and had no way to check. I had to pull it up on my phone for them. They didn’t have 2 of the 4 cupcakes I ordered. And then we ate them that night and they were TERRIBLE! they tasted like they were a week old. Dry and nasty. It was such a waste of money and disappointment for my birthday boy.

I was the in the mood for a fresh cupcake. We weren't greeted, but I said hello and asked a question. The lady working hit us with an unpleasant look, and said what. We didn't feel welcome, so we just left. Seems like she was in a bad mood. I hope her day gets better.

Cupcakes were not as fresh as we would have liked. We were also overcharged. We had 2 separate orders, the first was 3 cupcakes and it came to around $17 and come change, the second order was 4 cupcakes and it came to $33.83. My daughter paid before I realized that the total was so I asked how much each item was because it didn’t seem right, he said $5.50 each and I told him we were overcharged. He seemed flustered and said he couldn’t refund the card and offered us $5.50 back in cash which still didn’t add up. We also tipped a percentage based off the original amount. I should have paid more attention but I still feel ripped off.

The owner here did not have proper change. She also expected me to walk out without a bag. They charge $5.50 for one cupcake. No one should have to ask for a bag. She also couldn't count the change. She asked me how much a nickel was. She also had a limited variety of cupcakes in comparison to all the other Gigi's that I have visited. Don't waste your money here. She's actually rude.

I walked into the store this morning while waiting for another store ro open, wanting to make a purchase. I was not greeted by Teigan, who was on a call but scrolling through her cellphone. The call took some time and i waited 5 minutes before exiting and was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED! CUSTOMER SERVICE at this visit was well below what I've experienced before! Severly disappointed! My advice is to hire someone who actually CARES!!!!

i honestly did not enjoy my cupcake as much as i thought i would. it was too sweet for my liking, but maybe it was the flavor i got (chocolate salted caramel). i did not really taste the salted caramel. we ate the cupcakes immediately after purchasing, and thought that the cupcakes were a bit frozen/too cold so if trying this place out i recommend just letting it sit for a bit
Wow!!! Best cupcake I’ve eaten! I regret only buying 1. The cake was moist and the icing was fantastic! Just perfect, sweet but not too sweet. Exactly how a wonderful cupcake should taste. ?Will definitely be back. Thanks!!

I guess the economy is even taking its toll on Gigi’s!! I come here every year for the Birthday Surprise Cupcake as it’s a fun treat! Funfetti cake loaded with SPRINKLES & it ALWAYS has a Birthday Candle. I guess not this YEAR! Even when I inquired & ask about it there was only a dumbfounded look given. I mean it’s even pictured on the website ?. Incl previous year pic. Anyways, the cupcakes are delish but disappointingly they also didn’t have ALL the flavors on the regional site like Key Lime, Orange Cream, Pineapple Whip or the Miss Unicorn. Maybe next time! Sadly overall this place doesn’t have a cheery atmosphere or luster anymore…but the cupcakes are YUMMY!

Fudge Brownie Cheesecake was the first cupcake that I had that I didn't like. The Brownie on the top was dry and the Cheesecake was more Fudge then a Cheesecake base.
