I've heard about Gigi's Cupcakes from friends around the U.S., so I was excited that there was one near my doctor's office. As a treat, I stopped by and got a chocolate salted caramel and a strawberry shortcake. Fantastic! Soft, moist, fresh. I'm not a big frosting person, but I ate every single bit of the frosting--it was flavorful and not overwhelmingly sweet. I could taste bits of real strawberries in the strawberry frosting. It was really delicious. The service was fast and friendly, too.I'm not sure why the Google ratings are so low. I had a great experience and will bring the family with me next time.

Gigi cupcakes use to be good. Strawberry shortcake had no favor only the icing was flavorful. For $5 a cupcake and flavorless. Don’t waste your money.

Very Stale cupcakes. This is the 2nd time I have tried this location. Cupcakes must be baked in small batches everyday. At $5.00 a cupcakes they need to provide a better product. Walk across the street to a real franchise that takes pride in its product. Crumble Cookie.

I ordered Valentines cupcakes to send to my daughter in college. Doordash canceled my order with no explanation but when I called the store, the manager offered to deliver them herself and did not charge me a delivery fee. Throughout the chaos of trying to figure out what happened, she was very understanding and friendly. Customer service at its best!

So many cupcake flavors! So hard to choose! Murdhu is a charming proprietor, knowledgeable about the flavors and eager to make every customer happy. The cupcakes are moist, delicious, with just the proper amount of frosting -- and sometimes a bonus cookie on top! Two are perfect as an impromptu birthday gift, as is the plastic container of 4 mini-cupcakes. Fun!

The woman was very nice but the cupcakes were kind of disappointing ( context I ordered online for pickup). I haven't gotten Gigi's since before COVID and a lot has changed. There was much less icing and the cupcakes themselves were nothing like the pics online and didn't match the descriptions on the website. For example, I ordered a pb cupcake and a hazelnut cupcake. The pb one did not have any pb on it it was just a chocolate cupcake with a Reese's on top ( the description says it should be pb filled and have pb on top) and the hazelnut I ordered was just a chocolate cupcake with a tiny biscotti on top (description said it was supposed to be a vanilla cupcake with hazelnut frosting and hazelnut pieces on it. It wasn't even close to what I thought I was getting). As far as what I got they were good but they were definitely not what the website said they were.

I have visited this store several times now, and I must say that my experience has been consistently pleasant. Their cupcakes are fresh, moist, and delicious. Today, I actually stopped in to grab one I tried on my first visit a while back, and they had one left in the display. However, when I mentioned buying it, the woman who was there suggested that I do not get it since it did not look freshly baked and seemed dry. The fact that she even said that versus allowing me to go with it spoke volumes for me. That moment communicated to me that, for her, it was about the product being well and not just taking my money. I have seen this woman before, and I get the impression that she may be the owner or manager. She is consistently pleasant and obviously takes pride in her baked goods. If you want a dessert for a special event or just because, try them out. Delicious products and great customer service ❤️

I called and placed an order in advance for a birthday. The person who took my order didn’t ask for much information which I thought was odd and even asked if she needed more information. She said no and assured me they would be ready on the desired date. I arrived at the shop only to be told that they didn’t have anything for me. So the birthday party had no cake/ cupcakes. The person working when I arrived seemed new to the job so I asked to speak with someone more senior. I left my number and received a call the next day from the manager. She “apologized” but really was just making excuses saying “we didn’t know what the order was for”, “we just had your name and number”, “ I think the person that took your order was someone we hired who didn’t even last 2 days” and told me she could have the cupcakes made and ready for me but it would be 4 days later than when I ordered them for! And the only thing that was offered to me was $0.50 off!! Needless to say if you want to order anything, have a back up because there is no guarantee you will get it and the staff is less then helpful

Made a promise to a friend to bake a chocolate cake. It's been well over a month and counting. In that duration, they given me a gift. To assuage my guilt, I decided to purchase something.I have fond memories of Gigi's cupcakes (wedding cake flavor in particular) and thought this would be the perfect temporary solution. I've never tried this particular location. Immediately struck by the limited quantity of selection, size of cupcakes, and the missing topping (if you know, you know) on the wedding cake cupcake. Ok, maybe that's good, right?I purchased several. Some for gifting and some for family. Results: the Chocolate Salted Caramel the best, by far. The apple cupcake (limited edition/special) contained no apple and was by far the driest. Everything else was ok. I'm not sure if this is a location issue or the chain has changed it's product. GiGi's product can slightly veer too sweet and I'd alway remove some of the frosting, so I didn't mind less frosting. The overall product didn't taste as appealing ( artificial in some cases, dry in others). I might try a different location. I understand inflationary costs. For the price and product, a Supermarket cupcake might do just as well. Recommend with reservations
