Gloria Jean's Coffees

Gloria Jeans used to have decent coffee, but now everything is made with a mix and is way too sweet. We tried to order a chai latte and it was too sweet. I asked for a little extra milk to cut some of the sweetness and she said she couldn't do that, but she offered to sell me an espresso shot to make it a dirty chai. No thanks. It wasn't drinkable, nor was the cold brew we got.

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! Their Madagascar, vanilla coffee is sooooooo good. And no matter when I come there the employees are always nice.
Just wish they would open one closer to Zebulon, NC.

The cinnamon rolls are amazing! Ask for them to warm them up. The coffee is awesome too and so are the workers here they are very kind and the atmosphere is quiet and welcoming!

The most friendly and consistent service out of any café in crabtree. They offer recommendations and even if you don't like it they will make a new drink for free. Hard to find a drink i haven't liked. The desserts are simple and compliment the refreshments without over powering. 10/10

The people are extremely nice, and they don't charge an arm and a leg for a drink. Much better than Starbucks. 10/10 would recommend for everyone

The customer service was great. The pumpkin spice latte that they serve was the best I’ve had in a while. The price was very reasonable too. Definitely going back.

They have such friendly and nice staff! Their drinks are all so amazing! I love to get their frappe that they legally have to give you a verbal health warning because of the high caffeine content! lol they also have a great lobby and seating area and love to take a break from the mall inside here! It’s become my friends favorite coffee place in the area!
