They have such friendly and nice staff! Their drinks are all so amazing! I love to get their frappe that they legally have to give you a verbal health warning because of the high caffeine content! lol they also have a great lobby and seating area and love to take a break from the mall inside here! It’s become my friends favorite coffee place in the area!

I am another grateful mother and educator of children in the home school group that benefited from her graciousness today. As previously stated, the drinks are amazing. Customer service is always top-notch. Especially after today. We really appreciate you.

Today my Homeschool Co-op ran into a location hiccup and Gloria Jean's graciously came to our rescue. She was so kind and accommodating of our small [but rather loud] gathering. She doesn't realize just how much she quite literally saved the day by allowing us to gather in their coffee shop. The coffee is always on point as well! I have never, not once, had a bad experience here. Thank you so much for your extension of patience and kindness to us today.

I had the Madagascar vanilla caramel and it was delicious. Prices were decent.

It’s my to go place to just sit down and sip my coffee. Coming from a coffee drinker. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

I had been looking for this coffee chain for years now having remembered it as a kid and was glad to see it’s still around. I have fond memories of walking by it in the mall and smelling the aroma of fresh roasted coffee every time you entered. Pretty good service.

Price too high on drinks since this business have new owners. They also charge an extra 50 cent for whip cream! Thats crazy! These type of owners are such rip offs! Never coming back while they own this business!

still prefer it to starbucks but its not as good since changing hands. for the steep cost to quality ratio i think im going to just start getting my coffee before going into the mall

Cute little shop tucked in a corner of the mall. Employees were friendly and able to recommend great drinks. Those were delicious and definitely rival starbies!
