Gluten Free Galley is my new go-to for desserts! I got a GF red velvet cake for my fiancé, him and his family loved it. It was also decorated beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with my order!

I had never heard of this place until someone kindly brought in some of their coffee cakes along with the standard bagel fare at work. I have been gluten free for almost 10 years and gluten free baked goods are tricky. They are usually too dry or too gummy. This coffee cake was perfect. Light and flaky on the outside, not too dry or greasy. It was such a treat to have a GF selection. Hope to try more cakes from this business.
