Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean and plenty to choose from. Brown stew chicken and braised oxtails were on point. Rice and peas were a little on the spicy side.. but very good. Can't wait to go back!

I am used to eating at Golden Krust in NYC. When I was staying in the area for the weekend I saw there was one in North Carolina I had to give it a try!!!!!!. I ate the oxtails with rice and peas and the stew chicken with rice. I also tried a beef patty. Food was good. I will go again when in the area, but I would stop by on the way home to get some more food to go before leaving.

Edited to add pics of what REAL patties look like. The next time you order, compare and see you're getting got.

And yet another Jamaican restaurant that is banking on you people not knowing what this food is supposed to taste like!

I have tried EVERY Jamaican restaurant in the triangle. Im from NY. Idc idc idc how yall feel about transplants. Point blank, we KNOW good food. The Jamaican restaurants here continue to play with your money. The patties are hard, barely filled, and dry. The food is lacking flavor. Ive tried twice now, same each time.

But I went home for the first time in years recently and was reminded of how this food is supposed to taste. And it pissed me off, because WHY do these NC Jamaican restaurants keep doing the least? They would NOT make it up north with the quality they deliver and they know they should be ashamed of themselves, playing on their ancestors names and cuisine like this.

I love their Jerk sauce, and the jerk chicken patties are the best in the world. The staff is nice and the service is usually quick. They also have nice pastries.
