Gonza Tacos Y Tequila

We visited Raleigh a couple of years ago and had lunch at Gonza's based on reviews. Our meals were so memorable, that we wanted to stop in again since we were passing through Raleigh during our Thanksgiving travels. Our meals this time were just as memorable as the last time. Definitely worth stopping in.

Excellent!! We went towards the end of the night when the kitchen was getting ready to close within 30 minutes. We had a very entertaining waitress who helped speed things along. The food was excellent, and the drinks were superb! 

Gonza's Tacos and Tequila is always a great time. The owner is a terrific guy and excellent host. Highly recommended!

Lunch and beverages were great! My favorite Mexican restaurant in Raleigh. I took my clients here who are new to the area to celebrate their new home purchase and they loved it as well. I got the Mexican Flag entree which is a personal favorite of mine.

I used to go to gonza pretty regularly, but hadn't been in a really long time, probably years. Checked it out again, and it was just as solid as ever. Steak tacos, tortilla soup, chips n' salsa, mole, all were great. Drinks were solid too.
I probably wouldn't get the chorizo app again, but it was really tasty as well (pic attached)

I used to feel like it was pretty overpriced, but given how much everything has gone up, and gonza really hasn't, it actually felt like a pretty good value now. I'll definitely be back.

We love this place and our kids love it more. They are always so warm and welcoming. Feels like dinner with family. Great patio. Great atmosphere. Great food.

This is a staple for our family! The food is always delicious and the service is quick. The staff are super friendly! I can't say enough!!

We went to Gonza's with 3 other families and they were very accommodating to have us all sit together/close together. Our server was patient and flexible. Food was delicious! I always get chile relleno and their margaritas. Also, thank you for supporting our PTA with the fundraiser!

Gonza Tacos y Tequila - North Raleigh was simply excellent. We went there to celebrate our daughter's 23rd birthday and they did not disappoint. The decorations were both fun and authentic. The atmosphere was lively and interesting without being overwhelming and distracting. The food was some of the best Latin American cuisine I have had in the Triangle area and the drinks were amazing. The staff was super friendly and attentive and overall it was just a great evening out. I am already looking forward to our next visit.

FYI—their times in their website are inaccurate and have no desire to accommodate folks despite their error.
