Goodberry's Frozen Custard

Excellent Custard...

We moved away from Raleigh awhile ago, but whenever we visit, goodberrys is always one of our stops! Went today before hitting the road. It was super busy but the staff was amazing! Great attitudes even with long lines and people waiting 😊

This used to be the best location. The staff was young and did not exhibit good customer service. Strawberries were frozen with no syrup which took away from the taste of the custard.

We have a great experience. The guy working Saturday afternoon was all by himself and worked so hard and had an amazing attitude even when it was getting super busy. Will definitely come back, especially because of the wonderful service.

Had a great visit to Goodberry’s! The frozen custard was amazing, but the best part was the awesome service from Daniele at the register. She was super nice, helpful, and made ordering really easy. Great customer service makes all the difference thanks, Daniele! I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered DoorDash from here and received my ice cream with a whole bug in it. Called the store and spoke with Joey, who put a note for the following day to remake my order free of charge. Came back the next day and was helped by Dasha & Key, who went above and beyond to make sure my ice cream was bug free and included everything I originally ordered. Even went as far as to give me a complimentary gift card. Despite all this, GoodBerry’s has and always will be my favorite ice cream spot!
