We've been here at least a dozen times, always getting something different. Everything we've had has always been amazing and the service is, too. I already recommend this place to everyone I know.

One of the friendliest and best bakeries in
Raleigh. I have purchased two birthday cakes from this bakery and they have both been delicious. I recently had to order a very last minute cake and the bakery was able to accommodate my order. They have a really great design team there as well.
I even brought a cake to Charlotte and the packaging of the cake made transportation easy. The cake was beautiful and everyone enjoyed it. The store has so many good bakery and coffee items.

I went there near when it opened hoping things would be pretty fresh, but the thing I had tasted like it had been left out overnight and was basically identical to the equivalent cake I could have gotten at Whole Foods. Plus it was more expensive AND you're prompted for a tip by the POS.

The person who wrote that the employees seemed irritated to be there was spot on. If I was in a real pinch I guess I'd go, but other than that there's absolutely no reason I'd ever go back or recommend it to anyone.

I was recommended by a colleague and I was not satisfied with the customer service.
I spoke with an employee ( letting her know that they were referred to me by someone)..
The lady was rude and I would never expect that from a local company..
I’ve always supported local businesses but this is one that I would never return to.
I hope that they work on their customer service…
It took me 30 minutes to get there and I was really disappointed..

We took a road trip to Raleigh to check this bakery out because of the ducks!! (No, I don't own a jeep) It was easy to get and plenty of parking. They had a nice selection of baked goods. Cheryl took our order. She was helpful and answered our questions about the baked goods.

My daughter got the Lemon Poppyseed muffin and I had the Radical Raspberry muffin with the Groovy Grasshopper coffee. Everything was delicious!!!

Cupcakes are big, but lack flavor. They are very bland and dry with the only little bit of flavor being in the 1/4 teaspoon of filling, which tastes like it probably came from a can. The employees were bland as well. They were unenthusiastic - no smile, no eye contact, and almost seemed irritated to be there.

Yummmmm! This bakery is so good. We got a chocolate cake slice, cookies, muffins and a scone. Everything we got was so good. The staff was very helpful and nice. We will be back.

Great experience working with Groovy Duck Bakery for a custom cake I ordered. Very quick to reply and very thorough! They were able to accommodate all of my requests and knocked it out of the park! Could not have turned out better. ALSO, the cake and icing themselves were delicious!
