When I ordered, they did not have enough chicken to make a full bowl. I asked if I could have the remaining chicken combined with steak, and I was told there would be an upcharge—but the amount was not specified. I understand it’s partly my responsibility for not asking, but I was surprised to see that the upcharge ended up being almost $8. Given that the issue started because there wasn’t enough chicken available, I feel this is something that could have been handled more thoughtfully or at least explained more clearly upfront. Better communication would have made a big difference. I’ve never been to this location before, and while I still like the restaurant overall, I feel the customer service in this situation could have been more accommodating.

The food is great! But unfortunately the skinny black girl who was taking orders had a absolutely terrible attitude she looked at me like she hated my guts for some reason and kept making sure I knew I only got one free arepa as if I couldn’t afford it or something lol she also kept going out of her way to make sure the guy at the register checked my coupon as if I was lying… you could feel her bad vibes going through the restaurant I will make a effort to avoid this location and go to other locations but on a positive note the arepas are so good I’ll make sure to come back… just to a different location

This is my 2nd time trying this location. I didn’t have a great experience the 1st time but decided to give them another trying. That said, the food at this location just doesn’t look appetizing.
I do compare this location to the one located on Lake Boone Trail. The food at the LBT location just looks and tastes fresher.
I hope my family and I will not have issues after eating this food.
Anyway, going forward I will drive the extra distance to get food from Lake Boone Trail restaurant from now on.

This was a first time visit! The server was nice and took his time helping me decide what I wanted. I tried the chicken fajita in a bowl. It was good but a little salty for me. It was near closing time so they were low on some of the items and not as fresh. However, I am willing to give them another try. 😊
The food is excellent. The one lady who serves usually on Saturday is pretty rude. She makes the experience bad for customers. She also calls the guasaca sauce guacamole. This gets confusing to people. The menu says guasaca sauce. call it that. Thanks.

DON'T EAT!! Ate her for the first time excited to try something I haven't had before. Within 10 mins of leaving the restaurant my stomachache was cramping and I had to pull over to use a restroom for relief. It's been 3 hours and I feel so Ill. I will never eat here again. The food is also very over priced paid 20 dollars for a bowl and seltzer water. -5 STAR review. Food poisoning.

Food is good. Not too pricey. Read the menu and figure out what you want before you order. But you don't have to custom water. They have great great basic arapias of all kinds. Counter service like a Chipotle.
