I come here often and it’s usually pretty good but tonight they made my same usual order of sopes no cheese, but where was cheese on it and when my boyfriend picked up the order they told him no returns which is odd… then we open the box and see they didn’t make it how we ordered it and I just wasted money on food I can’t eat

I love their quesadillas, I’m glad they have the option to get corn tortillas bc I’m not a fan of flour! They have some good tasty meat for sure. I’m real picky but this place? Bomb. The ladies taking your order are always awesome.

Payed for pick up order, arrived and was told food was not made due to no driver name , but was told the food was payed for but wouldn’t make it. No refund was offered. Other than this issue the food is incredible.

This Gym Tacos food truck is my go to stop when I’m hungry while running errands in the area, which is probably once a week. I’ve tried al pastor at quite a view restaurants/trucks in the area, and this place has them all beat. My favorite picks are the tacos and

Wow, the food is delicious! The employees are pleasant as well. I highly recommend the quesadilla asada, and make sure to ask for sauce cups.

My family ordered Asada nachos, suadero and chicken tacos. The Saunders meat was full of fat and I had to take back and request it be replaced with a chicken taco. They were nice and did so with no trouble. My son got the Assad nachos and the serving size was huge! He was very please however I tried a little of his food and the meat was very chewy and had a peculiar taste. I would not eat here again. The service was friendly and pleasant.

Very good authentic food! Definitely a bit pricey, but worth it! Can get a bit busy, but they work as hard and fast as they can.Parking: Location is at a gas station, but they have a large parking lot behind it as well as some spots at the gas station.

I've always heard great talk on this establishment but just found out the location. Very Friendly guy server. You get to pour your own salsa (not all food truck establishments allow this). my food was promptly—looking forward to more visits here**update:Everything was awesome when the guy server was upfront. Since the young girl started working front window, overall customer service is declining slightly.*NOW, at least twice the truck employees are ignoring waiting customers post their opening hours*Just today, as I was prepping to order, I overheard the men customers request a take out bag-same lady replies "each bag $50 bucks". I never got a takeout bag either. As im waiting, i looked in & saw a bunch of black take out bags that are usually provided. I never got a ticket number, the peppers & onions I requested, and 1 cucumber & 5 horseradish. The price was disproportionate(from $18 to 21 for a burrito & ONE street taco). My burrito was strangely dripping (that never happened before since the previous year I started going there)

My wife and I, Cali folks in Raleigh for the first time, were on a mission to find some killer carne asada burritos. Being SoCal natives, burritos are in our DNA, so we wanted to see what Raleigh could whip up. That's when we stumbled upon Gym Tacos - I mean, c'mon, the name had us at "gym," and their snazzy bright orange truck with a skeleton dude was pure coolness. Plus, it's a food truck, and we love supporting local peeps, so our burrito quest began with excitement. But here's the deal - that first bite into the burrito...lettuce overload! The filling was top-notch, with tender, flavorful meat, spot-on rice, and delish beans. Everything was on point, but the lettuce hogged the spotlight, filling at least half the burrito. It's not that romaine isn't lovely, but it's kind of thick. Maybe switching to iceberg lettuce would lighten things up and let the other flavors shine.Kudos to Gym Tacos for their pro staff and a spotless setup - we dig that. They offered a salsa lineup that could satisfy a heat-seeking missile, but if you're not a fire-breather, there's only one milder option among the four.In a nutshell, Gym Tacos is a promising spot with primo fillings and a rad vibe. Tame the lettuce, toss in some iceberg, and tweak the salsa selection for all taste buds, and you'll have a burrito paradise on wheels. We're rooting for your success!
