Gym taco has the makings of a good taco place, but is to expensive, the portions are tiny, and they are slow. The food is good, just not a great value if that makes sense. To get chips for instance, you have to buy a $6.00 bag. Really a sharable for 2-3 people.

We go to Gym Tacos regularly, both this location and '2', and unfortunately the quality at the Morgan Street location has gone downhill.
I expect to pay a little more here because it's downtown, but my most recent Asada burrito was like 70% lettuce. I cannot stress how much lettuce was in this burrito compared to other toppings. I'd rather get a thinner burrito than have the size made up with shredded lettuce.

Ordered a borrachita I believe it's what it was called, a asada quesadilla and asada burrito. All the food was GREAT. The salsa wasn't spicy, more of just flavor but it was fine. The tables being in a food court were a bit sticky. But the FOOD is worth it! Well definitely go back when I'm in the city again. Borrachita is probably one of my favorite foods now.

This restaurant is located at the back of a mess hall essentially. Quick fast service. The gym shrimp taco is delicious. The borrachita asada and chorizo is delicious. Small tacos though.

I was looking forward to eating the cabeza tacos, unfortunately this location did not offer that option. I got suadero instead, i ended up paying $4.5 for each taco which was 80% fat 20% meat. Very disappointing. The flavor was good.
