Rob, from the haagen das at the crabtree valley mall in raleigh, north carolina, had the best attitude in a worker I have seen in a while! He was very energetic, funny, polite, professional, and informational. He DESERVES a promotion or a raise - or both! We come here often and get a few things but usually always get the same thing but our recent experience blew me away. Customer service was above and beyond!! We were given the opportunity to customize any and everything! I got a dulce de Luce sundae layered with cookies and creme coffee and dulce Icecream also cookie crumbles hot caramel and nuts along with the bananas and whipped cream it was beyond delicious!!! This made us want to come back a million more times for the same experience with the new manager ROB! 10/10🌟

I mean, it's Haagen Dazs! What's not to love? This location is a kiosk-type setup, though. There was only one person working. So, it was just a couple minutes wait to order and pay, but still totally worth it. Also, not sure if the selection of items would be larger if it were located in a store front because it certainly seemed like there were less options to choose from. Albeit for a kiosk, it's in a great location right in the middle of the floor just as you enter the Food Court from inside the mall. If you don't live near this location, I recommend you find your nearest location and visit often.

The strawberry cheesecake sundae was delicious! Layered with strawberries and ice cream topped with graham crackers, whipped cream and a fresh strawberry. Yum!!!

3 teenage employees moving like molasses. All working together to help one customer at a time… which causes a line backed up through the food court. Good frozen lemonade though. After writing this review i would also like to add that one of the employees was very rude to her customers and the other one looks like shes gonna fall asleep in the sink.

It's Sad that on Friday night you just want to get a vanilla cone at 7:50 pm. And they say there closed. I asked what time they close and she indicated 7:30 on a Friday night and it says 8pm on the website. I'm more then positive that it'sPretty expensive to have a kiosk in food court.
