The strawberry cheesecake sundae was delicious! Layered with strawberries and ice cream topped with graham crackers, whipped cream and a fresh strawberry. Yum!!!

3 teenage employees moving like molasses. All working together to help one customer at a time… which causes a line backed up through the food court. Good frozen lemonade though. After writing this review i would also like to add that one of the employees was very rude to her customers and the other one looks like shes gonna fall asleep in the sink.

Can't even believe I'm about to leave such a horrible review for a brand I love (or thought I loved). Came here only because the ice cream machine was "broken" at McDonald's and I couldn't get a $4 McFlurry. Ordered a small cookies and cream sundae dasher which came with hot fudge, Oreo pieces and whipped cream. First of all, if you're gonna charge $8 f****** dollars for a dessert, MAKE SURE ITS A GOOD SIZE!!!!! The cup had two very small scoops of ice cream and looked so sad compared to what I should have gotten. The advertised pictures are a JOKE!! The hot fudge was so hot that it melted the ice cream extremely quickly and I was left with a chunky, liquify milkshake rather than ice cream. And the hot fudge....it tasted SO GROSS!!!!! Like a burnt, disgusting, fake chocolate sauce or something. NASTY!!!!!The service was good and the worker who helped me was very nice so no complaints there. Waited in line for about five minutes even tho the line was very long. No complaints there. Haagen Daas is MUCH better from the frozen food section tho I think I'll pass and get Ben and Jerry's instead. Not wasting my money on this s*** again.

First review? Let's go! The wife and I stopped by Crabtree Valley Mall yesterday for some shopping, and also complete a return at the Apple Store. Originally, we had plans to eat at The Cheesecake Factory, but those plans quickly changed when they told us the wait time was over an hour long. Whoops, our bad for not making a reservation in advance. However, that led us to the food court where we instead had a quick meal - Chinese - before our instant ice cream craving kicked in. So hey, in the end it all worked out because we would not have had this deliciousness if we went to the Cheesecake Factory. Anyways, now that you have the backstory, on to the experience itself. It's a super small location and there is only one worker there, but the service is speedy regardless. We ordered the Dulce de leche Sundae and it was absolutely tasty. Really just about my only complaint, and I mean it's a totally minuscule thing to complain about, is that the spoons they provide are way too flimsy and long to use for ice cream. Told you, super basic thing to complain about, haha! Verdict: Stop by for the delicious ice cream, stay for the trendy "Crabtree" backdrop that you can use to take a picture of your ice cream (see photo). Rating: 4
It's Sad that on Friday night you just want to get a vanilla cone at 7:50 pm. And they say there closed. I asked what time they close and she indicated 7:30 on a Friday night and it says 8pm on the website. I'm more then positive that it'sPretty expensive to have a kiosk in food court. Thank you for the service.

The employees are really slow and I was waiting in line for 20 minutes to order a smoothie there was 3 guys in front of me the last guy ordered a milkshake. The guy tells me oh I’m only doing cup or cone since I’m about to close and it was 8pm and he looked so upset because there was a big line.1. There was only one employee2. He looked so irritated and annoyed3. I wasted my time waiting in line4. They need better employees
