I ordered pickup and unfortunately my avocado was bad. I had already mixed up my bowl so I had to toss the meal. Bummed as I have heard how good this place is.
Update: The team was great to work with and they made things right.
Bit on the expensive side for what we get.
Clean eating with a plethora of options. The Ahi Tuna Bowl was great other than the pickled onions which had a terrible taste & even worse after taste like a bottle of cleaner fell into that container. Once I picked all of them out the bowl was great!
Always stop when I’m in the area.
The food is excellent and the staff is super friendly!!!
Lovely place! Staff were very kind and the food is reasonably priced and tasty
Ordered delivery and the food was great! Loved that the rosated veggies were not oily (this happens a lot with roasted veggies at other places). I had the herb chicken and it was delicious. Good portions. This was my first time ordering from here and I will definitely order again!
I had an amazing experience at Happy + Hale thanks to Laura and Drew! They went above and beyond to make my Poké bowl perfectly, even accommodating my last-minute order with a smile. Their friendliness and helpfulness made the visit even better. It’s always great to see people who truly care about their customers. Highly recommend this spot—great food and even better service!
Really enjoyed eating here!
Jenna was very helpful and kind!
Food was fairly priced, and I got a great portion for supper. I got the protein bowl, and there was plenty to eat.
I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I observed at your establishment this evening. At approximately 7:55 PM, I witnessed a young female employee behind the counter turn away three customers who had arrived before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM. Rather than allowing them to place a to-go order, she informed them that the store was closed, despite the fact that there was still time to serve them. Meanwhile, other customers who had arrived at the same time were still able to receive their food.
This situation seemed not only unfair but also unprofessional. If the store advertises an 8:00 PM closing time, customers who arrive before then should be served accordingly. Otherwise, the posted hours should be adjusted to reflect an earlier closing. I believe a review of security footage would confirm that multiple customers were turned away unnecessarily.
Additionally, I noticed that the same employee was eating her own meal behind the counter while working. While I understand the need for staff to take breaks, it may be worth reviewing appropriate times and locations for employee meals to maintain a professional atmosphere for customers.
The customers who were turned away expressed their frustration to me outside, noting that the experience felt unprofessional. I wanted to share this feedback in the hopes that it can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future patrons.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hit this up anytime you’re in Raleigh.
Always a hit with the family. Great healthy options. Love that I can get avocado as a protein. Or tofu . Updated from previous review on 2025-01-30
Superb customer service! Healthy and delightful food, smoothies, and beverages. Vegan friendly!
The first time I visited the North Hills location it was clean. My recent visit there was very disappointing. The tables were sticky with food bits and the floor was worse with larger food bits and stickiness. My feet kept sticky to the floor. GROSS!! I question its sanitation!!
It was my first time trying Happy + Hale! I got the Hale Caesar bowl. I added pickled red onions and sweet potatoes and it was delicious — the only bummer was they were out of chickpeas. Also when I got there it was a 14 minute wait on the buffalo cauliflower which was a tad inconvenient but hey things happen. Other than the wait time, i’d recommend this place for sure! I’ll definitely be returning soon because I want to try their açaí bowl!
