Absolutely delicious, however the bowls are like 2/3 rice and 1/3 toppings. Their servings for anything except for rice are basically tablespoons so if you order sweet potatoes for example you will get 7-8 diced pieces of sweet potato which isn’t the best if you’re actually hungry. I Still keep going here though because it’s delicious. Tall guy with lipstick hooks it up though🔥🔥 shoutout bro

Update 08/05/2025: Spoke with their VP, Jordan, who was incredibly kind and concerned about my experience at this location. I want to reiterate that I LOVE Happy + Hale as a brand, and was always going to continue to patronize their other three locations, but after our conversation I feel confident that there will be quick action to correct the concerning behaviors, which I stated in my initial review. I will return at some point after a few weeks/months have passed to give this location another fair shot. Please patronize their locations, as the food (and customer service) really is 100/10.
The staff are inconsistent in portion sizes and attitude. This is the third time in the past 2 weeks I’ve been to the Six Forks location and they’re constantly out of basmati rice as a base. This has never been an issue at the NH location, but for some reason this location runs outs multiple times a week. The worst part is they’re quite rude and condescending about how they inform their customers. At this point, just make the drive to the NH location 10 mins down the road. Better service by IONS.

I finally went here for the first time today after people have been raving about it and it lived up to all the hype!! Everyone was so nice and the food was so good! I wasn’t sure what to get and the staff gave great recommendations. The food was such good quality and I felt good about eating it! Will return for sure!

It’s so rare you experience and employee like Steph. First time in a Happy + Hale and it’s lovely, tastes amazing and Steph had amazing customer service skills. Had to ask her if she was the manager. Unfortunately, she is not (yet)!

Finally stopped in after constantly passing by—and we loved it so much, we went back the very next day! The staff was incredibly kind and patient, especially since it was our first visit. They walked us through the whole process, from building our own bowls to offering a complimentary drink. The portions were generous, the prices were fair, and we loved having the freedom to customize our meal. If you’re not sure what to get, they also have a regular menu with great options and smoothies. Can’t recommend this place enough—it was absolutely delicious and such a positive experience both times!
EDITED based on emails from management: After a couple of emails, Happy + Hale let me know they had switched their beef provider and would be changing to a new provider. They also very generously offered me a gift card to make up for the previous experiences. I will go back in and try the steak chimi bowl in a couple weeks to see if the quality is back to what it used to be. Bottom line: they listened and are trying to make it right so I am upping the service rating above.
ORIGINAL Post: My last few experiences at Six Forks Station have been meh at best. I keep giving it a try, but today the chimi steak bowl was so full of tough, inedible gristle that I ate only half of it. Not the same quality as what I was ordering a year ago.

Great spot for a casual quick bite! Has a nice patio section so you can enjoy the fresh air now that the weather is getting nicer. Very comparable to Cava, but they have some fun additions like poke which keep things interesting! A little pricey, but everything is these days.

I needed a healthy place for a quick and delicious lunch and this was definitely the place. There was hardly a wait and the staff was amazing and super friendly. I haven't been to happy+hale in a while so the very friendly employee was so helpful and sweet by breaking everything down to me. I did a customized bowl and it was perfect and the dragon fruit, agave drink was the perfect pairing with it. I will definitely come back.

LOVE the food! Love the hot honey chicken bowl so we tried the BREAKFAST burrito and it was delicious. I just wish there was one closer to Cary/Apex…but I stop here any time I have to be in North Raleigh. Delicious!
