I needed a healthy place for a quick and delicious lunch and this was definitely the place. There was hardly a wait and the staff was amazing and super friendly. I haven't been to happy+hale in a while so the very friendly employee was so helpful and sweet by breaking everything down to me. I did a customized bowl and it was perfect and the dragon fruit, agave drink was the perfect pairing with it. I will definitely come back.

LOVE the food! Love the hot honey chicken bowl so we tried the BREAKFAST burrito and it was delicious. I just wish there was one closer to Cary/Apex…but I stop here any time I have to be in North Raleigh. Delicious!

Omg. This is my new happy place! The staff is so helpful and kind. I love the extensive variety of food selections. The tofu and cauliflower is especially outta this world. I'll be back and back and back!

UPDATE: The manager called me and was very kind and stated he would go over this with the employees. He took care of me and made me feel heard. Really appreciated his kindness. I will give it another chance!
I was applauded by what I ordered and what I actually received! You can see from the photos for yourself (I added sweet potatoes and avocado) it was missing the pepper and onions. This was a DoorDash order and the 2nd time I’ve ordered DoorDash from them and both times the meal was not right. It’s like if you’re not standing there then they don’t care. I love HH when I go in person but it’s too expensive to get food like what I received.

Stopped in today on my way to work. I was hungry but didn't want fast food. This place is awesome. My breakfast bowl (eggs, quinoa, spinach, cheddar, bacon) was delicious. The service was excellent. I'm looking forward to coming back!

Parking: Tons of parking in the shopping center

It's alright.
It could be better. The meat was hard and red inside. They have tofu for an additional $3. Meat is +$5 etc...
If you get a side of cauliflower, you get charged $2 for the bowl to eat it in ( or any side for that matter).
You do get points for every visit, but the store can not tell you how many points you have accumulated . A few regular staff; high turnover.
We have been there about 4 times. It's cold inside; closes at 8pm

The chicken here was so moist and tasty! So much better compared to other places like Chipotle or CAVA. The bathroom was super clean and the staff was kind. I’m happy!

Went on a Friday around 7pm. There was only 1 other person in the restaurant. The beef they used to make my bowl was sitting in the warmer so long it was completely dried out. The literally scraped the bottom of the container completely clean to make it. They at least served us a bowl of crap with a smile on their face. My girlfriend and I didn’t even finish our bowl. 10/10 would not go back.

The food here is amazing! I always get the Oat city smoothie no strawberry and made with half the oats. I also get a make your own bowl and it never disappoints! I highly recommend the honey habanero sauce.

Really depends on who is making your food, but most do a good job. Typically cold in here and all tables and chairs are a hard surface, so they can get a little cold.

Parking: Busy parking lot for a shopping center.

Kid-friendliness: Kids who eat healthy would like it.

Wheelchair accessibility: A little maneuvering and it should be fine.

first time here and had the Thai Chicken Crunch bowl and it was superb! Very fresh, the veggies all compliment the peanuts and salad, and the chicken was seasoned perfectly! Absolutely delicious! I'm looking forward to trying some of the other bowls they have next time!
