I came to get the cinnamon and raisins biscuits I heard were back on the radio. They didn't even have them advertised at this location. I had to ask if they had them. That is so unfortunate because I'm hoping they bring them back permanently but that can't happen IF YOU'RE NOT EVEN ADVERTISING THEY ARE BACK AT THE LOCATIONS.!!!

Ended up taking my business to biscuitville, life is too short for this nonsense .
I went to hardees at 5:30a, 30 mins after they opened. I waited 5mins without anyone greeting me, before I said hello. Guy said they were just opening up I’d have to wait on them. Said he couldn’t hear me after awhile, I had to pull up to window. Confirmed they opened 30mins ago, asked about specials on biscuits. He said they had one but didn’t think it was still active. Seemed very amateurish, and unsure of himself for a manager. I pulled out of line, checked their website, confirmed still active. Got back, checked with him and he again was unsure said he didn’t see it on POS. I told him it was on website and if he could ask someone else, check his computer as the manager for an update.
