The food was very good! Flavorful! I had the veggie hibachi. There was a small wait for ordering because there was only one server. She made sure each table had drinks immediately, which was a plus! It wasn't loud at all although they were busy. I will definitely go back!

We’ve been going to Hayashi for several years now. Easily my favorite sushi spot in the triangle! The staff is great, sushi chefs are top notch and the owners are super friendly. 6/5 stars from me, we’ll keep going back as long as they’re open! I recommend the stuffed mushrooms and the kanisu for a starter and their hokkaido scallop nigiri is my fav!
