It's disgusting, the bathrooms are always dirty, they don't clean under the table and one of the managers is a terrible person, very bad service from the managers

They really need to improve and have more variety for the $18 they are charging. I know which buffets I’m going to next time. Certainly not this one.

Food was ok. However if you stay 90 minutes over, they charge you. What if your with a big party or small children, you have to eat quickly. Never heard of such at an all you can eat buffet...everyone trying to make a $1. That's ridiculous!!

My family and I have patronized this business for many years, however we will not be returning. My mother and I had an extremely unpleasant and unsafe experience yesterday. When we received the bill, I noticed that it was unusually high, about $50 for 2 buffets and 1 tea. As I'm looking over the bill I see an extra charge. I call the waitress over because I'm thinking it must be a mistake. She tells me that the extra charge is because we were dining for over 90 minutes. I asked her when did that policy go into effect because again I have eaten there for years and have NEVER been charged that fee. As my mother and I are discussing the bill with the waitress, a male customer sitting at the booth behind us with 2 other men starts yelling at us saying that we should be discussing that with the manager and not the waitress. It took us by complete surprise. What was even more surprising and disappointing was the lack of involvement from the employees. Not one manager came over to de-escalate or inquire about the altercation that was happening in their establishment. We were being attacked by a man who was twice our size. The customer who appeared of Hispanic decent even told us to "go back to Africa". The issue with OUR bill had absolutely nothing to do with him so I don't understand why he felt the need to attack us. When we got home we called and spoke with the manager. She simply did not care. She said she didn't feel the need to get involved because the altercation was between customers. The situation could have ended badly. Not only is it an unsafe environment, it's now unreasonably over priced for a mediocre buffet style restaurant, that has decreased their food options and quality.

Came in with a party of 10 and was asked to pay up front and was tagged with wristbands. Throughout my visit, I realized that the other 2 large parties were not asked to pay before they dined. It was a birthday celebration for an 84 yr old. Grossly humiliated. Will never dine at this establishment again. The food wasn't good. WS supposed to have eaten at the Habachi on Millbrook, where crab was a party of the buffet. Birthday bummer.

First off let’s start with you cannot take out food without being charged again. What I mean is, they charge you for the buffet but if you want o take your remaining food in a Togo box that’s a up charge. If you stay more then 90 mins that another charge. The gentleman was very rude when my credit declined due to being locked, he yells out, “this card is not good” once I unlocked it, it went straight through. The food was horrible. How do you bring food from the kitchen and it’s cold and it’s under heating lambs. The waitress was a little better but what could worst? The food terrible, the sneaky charges that are posted and the fact that you can’t sit and talk without being charged for being there too long. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. And being that it was a holiday it was just a miserable experience

I only go for the hibachi in the back. The food was not replenished quickly or correctly (new food dumped on top of existing food) then the cook tried to tell me a plate was mine despite me being very clear that is had stuff on it that I didn't place in mine. I had to make a new plate to have cooked. The owner of the plate he tried to give me eventually came and got it. That is likely what happened to mine.
