The cocktails were amazing and the seared tuna stacks were the star of the show. The cobb salad was also great with fresh ingredients. If you order the ribeye, order it medium- I ordered it medium-rare and it came out almost rare and cold. The chicken sandwich was also lackluster, not terrible, not great. Overall, safer to stick with their assortment of delicious drinks and small shareables than the entree options.
First time here. The kitchen was out of a few things we wanted but our waiter Owen was awesome and the food we did get was amazing!
My experience at high rail was absolutely amazing! I went with my friend for galentines day and the food was delicious, and so where the mocktails!
I had an amazing time here for my pre-vday celebration. They had the cutest drink menu and the food was amazing. The customer service was also top notch. From the host to the server to the manager. Everyone was so pleasant and made my night feel truly special. I had the tostadas and wow excellent.
I think it was a off night. The drinks were just OK. I ordered too, one off the cocktail menu (pear something) but it was wayyy too sweet. Then I ordered a Moscow mule, that was nasty, I think the lime juice was bad. The food was just ok, we ordered the crab dip, I could still taste the beer in the dip. I ordered the cheese tortellini with shrimp. The shrimp were delicious but the tortellini lacked flavor. It took forever just to get our check. For some reason the waitress just kept walking past us. It was not a busy night, so I didn't understand that. I would say we waited at least 15-20mins just to get our check. Now the waitress was nice but the fact the restaurant was pretty empty, I'm not sure why it took so long just to get our check.
This is a typical hotel bar with mediocre food and overpriced cocktails. It's Ikea furniture and hotel bar vibes. Not anything like the description. I won't be back. My salad was tasteless and my cocktail was not even drinkable. Had reservations got sat at a terrible table with the AC blowing directly on me while it's 30 degrees outside. Will never go again.
Second time in this place and is really good, since you step in the restaurant every person is so kind and so nice with you, they treat you like family. The food and the drinks are really good. Definitely a place to repeat a dinner
We had a wonderful experience on New Year's Eve, but my husband was not impressed with the flavors. The salads were bland and dry, and he felt the portions were not filling. He requested a specific whiskey, but he wasn't informed that it was unavailable until his third drink. Despite this, the rest of the party enjoyed the evening.
The food lacked seasoning. Especially for the price point. Had the Ribeye very bland I guess they're banking on the favor from the Char/grill but it just wasn't there. I did have to send it back as it was not hot which was weird cause it came out on a hot plate. Honestly it came back same temp I just let it go and added salt and pepper The wedges were super thick and undercooked. Cocktails were Good, Waiter was always present and ready to help.
This was a really pretty spot to have drinks and snacks with friends. The service was a little bit slow, but staff was friendly. Charcuterie board was just okay and the prices were, unsurprisingly, expensive. The views were fantastic and they had decorated well for the holidays. Overall, this is a nice place to visit if you are nearby or staying at the hotel.

A great place, everything is delicious, the tacos were great! I celebrated my 21st wedding anniversary there.

Our waiter Parker was great; very attentive. The food was amazing and the decor was beautiful! The only negative aspect is that they kept changing the lights from dim to bright, dim to bright, which was annoying. But other than that it was an all-around great experience!
First and foremost let me say that setting was beautiful it was a rooftop setting and the waiter was good and also I'd like to add that the atmosphere was good the food was not good it was overpriced the food tasted bland no taste no flavor the freeze was horrible they were thick sliced potato wedges with some kind of drizzle on it the silverware was filthy it was nasty I have a picture of the silverware that they put on our table to use this was supposed to be a memorable moment for my daughter's 19th birthday but instead it was a disaster

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. When it comes to dining out, I’m usually very easygoing and not hard to please. But the experience my wife and I had at this restaurant was, without exaggeration, the worst food I’ve ever had in my life.
We went there for dinner, and my wife ordered a drink, it took about 30 minutes to arrive. The server apologized, saying they were very busy, though most of the tables were empty and only a few guests were there.
We wanted to try something different, so we ordered Fries and NC Crab Dip as starters. The fries were almost raw — cold and stiff in the middle, so much that we had to use a knife to cut them because a fork wouldn’t do it. The crab dip looked nothing like the photos on Google. It was just a dish full of white sauce with barely any crab, to the point I honestly wondered if it was leftovers from another table. We didn’t touch it.
For the main course, I ordered the Grilled Shrimp Tacos, and my wife got the Primavera. My tacos were ice cold, basically a soft taco with a couple of ounces of water from shrimp on top — it felt like something straight out of the refrigerator. My wife’s Primavera was even worse — the bread was burnt black, and they had just thrown a few green leaves on top. She didn’t take a single bite.
And if you’re wondering what happened after eating those “Fries,” well, we both got food poisoning that night.
Honestly, I can’t believe a restaurant could serve food this bad. Maybe something was seriously off that night, maybe the kitchen wasn’t fully operating or they’d run out of ingredients, but everything they brought to our table was awful.
It was so bad that we didn’t even want to complain or speak to the manager. We just wanted to leave as fast as possible.

The food, drinks, and service was incredible. Parker was our server and described all of the meals and drinks perfectly. He was incredible all night, I thought he was the owner of the establishment all night. 10/10.
