I recently attended an event catered by HL Catering, and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was! The meal was absolutely delicious, with every dish thoughtfully crafted and bursting with flavor. As someone with a gluten allergy, I’m used to my dietary needs being accommodated, but HL Catering went above and beyond. They provided me with options that felt just as indulgent and carefully prepared as the rest of the menu. Their staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel truly cared for. I’m pretty sure I’ve been dreaming about that meal since – it was that good! If you’re looking for catering that combines exceptional service with mouth-watering food, HL Catering is it!

The HL Catering team was awesome to work with! Not only was the food great, but they really looked to modify the menu to fit our vision. They took feedback and special requests in stride and our guests raved about our items - particularly the apps and mahi-mahi. We even enjoyed the leftovers after the wedding! We couldn't recommend HL Catering enough!

HL catering was the most perfect choice we could have made for our wedding catering! Nearly every comment we have gotten from our guests begin with “Your food was fantastic” – and oh my god, it was indeed FANTASTIC! The menu choices they have and the creativity of their chefs is beyond what words can describe. They truly treat you like the most important people on your wedding day. I also have to give a massive shoutout to Meredith, as she was an incredibly resource when guiding us through the process of choosing our menu, our tasting, and all of the logistics for the day of.
I can promise you that choosing HL as your caterer will be one of the best decisions you will make for your wedding or big event. Do it!!

Forget wedding food, this is some of the best food I’ve ever had! HL Catering was amazing to work with from day 1. When I jumped on a call with Meredith to learn more about HL in the beginning of our planning process, she started the call by asking about my fiancé and what food we like to eat together. That was so refreshing considering every other caterer gave me a pdf file with a list of choices to pick from. Our menu was custom from start to finish and every single bite was amazing! My fiancé and I are both celiac so it was very important that we had a menu that was 100% gluten-free so we didn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Even though the menu was 100% gluten-free we didn’t sacrifice flavor at allllll! Some fan favorites from the night were the burrata bar, bananas foster station, and champagne cotton candy!! No one left hungry! If you’re looking to have your guest RAVE about your wedding food for months to come, you have to book with HL! We will 100% be using them in the near future for all of our catering needs.

HL catering was amazing! We had an odd request for a special venue that was a bit difficult for them, but HL catering totally delivered! The food was absolutely amazing and the staff from the planning process to the actual event couldn’t have been more friendly, fun and professional. Thank you!!

We hired HL Catering for both my Bridesmaid Luncheon on Friday and our wedding on Saturday. Both days we were blown away with the service of the team and quality of the food. I loved that we were able to go in for tastings in their kitchen, to really see how the food was being prepared. I feel like more often, foods at weddings doesn't hit the mark because there's either not enough of it, or it's cold, or not very tasty. I truly didn't have that experience for my wedding weekend. EVERYTHING was perfect and I will definitely be referring them and using them again in the future.

Very unprofessional. Got the run around when attempting to schedule initial conversation about possibility of catering. Did not show up for scheduled meeting due to "getting pulled into the kitchen" and was then informed that our previously mentioned wedding date was booked. Better admin work would go a long way.

Their team knew exactly what kind of meals we wanted to serve and made sure that we were involved every step of the way. HL Catering catered our wedding and this was hands down one of the best and easiest decisions we made for our wedding. Everyone raved about our food after the wedding, I think the duck pastrami grilled cheese will be the most remembered food item from our wedding. The whole team was incredible and attentive to us and all our guests. They took our food allergies very seriously which is something we were so appreciative of with family members have severe food allergies. They were incredibly easy to work with and handled my million questions and tweaks leading leading up to the wedding. We had the best tasting with them and I would highly recommend if you are considering them for your wedding. They were willing to execute our entire vision and extremely open to feedback, I would highly recommend them for any catering needs!

We had HL Catering cater our wedding and the entire experience was perfect. We wanted more authentic Chinese food and the chefs tried some of our favorite local Chinese restaurants to create our unique menu. The intention and dedication to another cuisine meant the world to us. All of our guests said that this was the BEST food they have had at weddings and I could not agree more. The planning process and team were also great to work with. Highly recommend HL Catering! Truly a gem.
