I would just like to reap praises on this store. We had a problem with the check out when we purchased our Thanksgiving Ham. I discovered it a few days later and the owner called me back and without any issues made us whole again. In this day and time this is the rare customer service that one seeks when spending their money! We will always frequent this store and hope you will as well!!!

Ordered the Tavern Club meal. It arrived with sooooo much mayo/mustard that when I tried to pick it up, multiple times, everything slid out. It was oozing from all sides. I never even took a bite. I returned it and stated the issue. The woman who took it from me was unnecessarily unfriendly. She asked if I wanted the condiments on the side, which although I didn’t, was clearly what she wanted to give me. What I got back was a less impressive sandwich with a huge handprint in smushed bread. I got a packet of what was supposed to be honey mustard but was literally a glob of weird goo and a packet of mayo. No apology, or I hope you enjoy your meal. This is not what I expect from Honey Baked.

Their food is very good. They have a decent selection of sandwiches. The servers are usually pretty friendly and attentive. My only complaint, and the main reason I don't go more often, is to me anyway, it's kind of pricey for what you get. I got the club tavern sandwich, which has both the turkey and ham, plus bacon and the normal veggie complements on them, and it was a tad over$10 after tax was added. This was just for a sandwich, mind you, not a combo. And not to be rude, but it wasn't the biggest sandwich that I have ever been served either. Nothing bad about the quality of the food. In fact, I have to admit I love both their hams and turkey for the holidays, but again, we rarely get them due to their expensiveness. And don't get me started on their sides costs, Whew. Admittedly, I'm a tightwad, and lots of my dinner decisions are based on whether I have a coupon for somewhere or not. ? And the lines they have there during the holidays tells you that people either don't agree with my opinion about their prices, or they have a lot more money than I do. I could have saved a lot of typing and just said overall, generally good food with really high prices.

Stopped by here for lunch and we enjoyed it. The food was made fresh and very good. The place was clean with an inspection rating of 99.7 posted on the wall. Staff was friendly and we definitely plan to go back. Only negative thing is not even related to the store but in leaving parking lot. Traffic there is very busy. I highly recommend if you're in the area and like ham. Expect to pay around $15 per person for a meal set.

The service was so over-the-top it's hard to describe. The young man working the counter actually unwrapped each ham for us to decide which one we wanted to take home. He was also very patient with our lunch orders as I like to customize my food. I had the Tavern Club, hubs had the ham salad which he says was awesome. Did not care for potato salad.

Consistently good and fresh sandwiches whether we eat in or take out. My favorite is the ham salad sandwich. Now that I started collecting reward points, that’s more incentive to drive over for lunch.

Clean..nice staff..short line..more expensive. The slices are normally around $14.99 per lb. It went up to $19.99 per lb. I was not happy about that..but we love HoneyBaked Ham.

Best ham, turkey, etc, with that great glaze and spiral cut!!Great side dishes as well. I ordered for Thanksgiving, and for Easter meal. I'll continue to return!!

Tried something different this Christmas. We ordered turkey breasts, 4, 2 bone end hams. Saved us time vs. preparing. Guest loved it. Will do this again next year.

Clean place, friendly employees, but the food is a little so so, so its pretty expensive. U get what U pay 4. Not the best!!!
