Once you get past the window dressing the food is bland and overpriced with a menu that has not been updated since I don’t know when. When I got a job in North Raleigh I was happy they have a location right across the street by my office. After two visits eating off the menu that wasn’t wings I was ready to write them off for good. They do give Vets free wings on Veterans Day and the kids and I enjoyed that back in the day…Now meh.

Called in for a pickup order, I said "10 well done wings, half medium hot half lem pepper dry rub with blue cheese and that's all" she asked me to repeat again, I said it again then she goes "blue cheese or ranch?" I said blue cheese, she then asked if I want a side, I said no. She asks if that's all, I say yes, she then asked if I wanted mozzarella sticks. I said NO very rudely cause at this point im annoyed and didn't even realize I hung up as she was submitting the order, I thought she said it was submitted. So the order comes to my email, and tell me why the order is WRONG. she put in lemon pepper sauce instead of dry rub. So I call in and try to fix it, I call the exact same number but now they have to transfer me to another number cause they can't see the order details. After about only 30s of being put on hold for a transfer, I simply hung up said forget it and went to tropical smoothie. Pathetic.

This is a very lively and friendly Hooters. Staff is responsive and the food is as it should be. Better than most hooters. It should have a higher rating than it shows on Google. Fun friendly vibe. Keep it up!

i came in for the passed month an i will say no does it better then MICKAYLA / MICKEY she’s does the most wonderful job ever i’ve had other servers they were not serving how hooters girls should. hooters need people like mickey on their team!!! everyone GO SIT WITH MICKEY/MICKAYLA she will be hand an foot with anything you need!!!!
Went to eat today at Wake Forest Road. Waitress was pleasant but took over 35 minutes to get our food. Just chicken wings what Hooters is all about. Bumping fist with regulars. We usually go at least 2x monthly. Finally get the tator tots and cheese sauce to find a long hair in the sauce. A waitress on the side witnessed and shared with our waitress. No discounts were given and we paid full price! We will not be back and we do not recommend this restaurant! The health grade is below average and should have not expected anything more!!

Calendar-worthy service + great beer & wings! Service is stellar and very attentive. Prices have gotten a little high but the wings are still top notch! The smoked wings are super!

Pro tip. Don’t sit a guest on a moderately busy afternoon and then completely ignore them for 15 minutes.
Especially aggregating when the server in that section is clearing up a table and then talking to other servers behind the hostess stand.
Those things could have waited until after introducing yourself, talking drink/food order and putting those in since that would take time to prepare anyway.
