I came here for the first time and will definitely be back. I had some of the best pizza I've had in such a long time. I had to come back to get the names of the ppl who made it. Evan and Kenny make spectacular pizza!!!! 11/10 stars! Exceptional service

The white mushroom pizza was enjoyable. The flavors fit well together. The crust had just the right amount of crispness. The service was quick and I would order from here again.

After several visits to Hotbox I can say that the pizza is consistently delicious. Quality far exceeds any other quick wood fired pizza I can think of. Additionally, the service is always top notch. Today was no exception - Thank you Jacob, for the pizza and the vibes.!

I'm laid up with extensive back surgery and can't move from bed. My husband needed a break from cooking so I sent him here to pick up a couple pizzas today. For anyone unfamiliar this is in a food hall, you walk up, place an order, and go get it yourself. You clean your own tables. There's no drink service. They don't even take it to your table.
I absolutely regret my choice to send him here and we will never be back. I guess they aren't paying their employees enough and I have no interest in supporting them. Some guy with a pony tail hassled my husband as he was picking up the order about not tipping saying 'what man, not even a dollar tip?' This guy didn't even take the order. My husband asked for what service would he tip him for and the guy said he added the burrata. It's $5 per pizza to add buratta and we paid for it with our order. We used to come here once every two weeks as we live close. I have watched them add the cheese multiple times. They take it from a premade container you can get from the grocery store that cost them $1.50 or $2 per cheese, if that. They pick it up from the container and plop it on the pizza after cooking it, then top it with pepper and olive oil. Evidently 20 seconds of effort we are already paying $5 for requires a $1 tip here.
My husband is dealing with enough taking care of a bed-ridden and unemployed wife the very last thing he needed was to be heckled for a tip from someone who did nothing to deserve it. If you enjoy low paid employees, the anxiety around tip culture, and semi burnt pizza that's also somehow undercooked this is your place.
We won't be back.

I live near of the apartments where they had the food truck come over I stopped by and the lady offered my dog some pepperoni. I browse the menu. She was really sweet. Suggestions offered me some bomb ahh pizza And homemade ranch probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had a long time
Dietary restrictions: I informed the truck order that I didn’t eat pork and she was willing to substitute turkey sausage

best pizza food truck I've ever experienced. the owner has to upgrade his suspension, because he has a literal brick oven in the back. the owner uses only the best ingredients, is very friendly, and cares more about providing a quality product than he does making cash. can't think of a better person, or product to spend my money on
Great service and speed! I’m a vegetarian and accidentally ordered a pizza with meat on it. The staff working exchanged my order for a pizza I could actually eat, at no extra cost or time! I ate the whole pizza in one sitting with a fresh beer, perfect way to end a week.
