**No pets allowed! Research and teaching farm!**A 329-acre dairy farm with tours and a museum with interactive educational experiences, but we came for the ice cream, which is amazing, and had a great time! The Creamery has a porch with tables, rockers and Adirondack chairs, a lawn where kids play, and cow watching. Inside they sell the classics, coffees and smoothies, take home pints, Howling Cow merch, and, at the holidays, their famous egg nog. I had a Tuffy's Special, which was the March student creation. It was so good! I really hope they make it a permanent menu item. The whole family enjoyed their treats. The staff even provided a lid for the banana split without us having to ask. Can't wait for our next chance to stop by!Kid-friendliness: working dairy farm with tours, museum with interactive educational experiences and a lawn for play at the creamery

The ice cream is delicious! Great selection of flavors, with a one of a kind view. Lots of space for the kids to run around. The staff always seems a little preoccupied with personal conversation and could be more attentive. Overall never a bad experience.

Wow! I absolutely loved coming to Howling Cow. The ice cream is delicious and the staff is really friendly. If the ice cream doesn't get you to come again, maybe the views of the green fields with the cutest cows. You can sit on the back porch and enjoy the views or walk right up to the fence to take some pictures up close. I got the Classic Banana Split, and it was big enough to share. I can't wait to come back and try some other flavors and enjoy the cows some more. Also, there was quite a long line when we got there around 4p.m. on a Saturday, so just get ready to possibly wait outside.

The ice cream was actually pretty good and they have a few different options for you to choose from at a reasonable price. I think it's pretty cool that they make it right there on site.

This place is such a treat, especially on a warm summer day! You order inside and get to bring your ice cream outside near the cows that helped make it! You can sit on the lawn, stroll around, or sit in one of their several rocking chairs. The ice cream is delicious! I haven’t found a flavor I don’t enjoy. Can’t recommend enough!

Excellent ice cream and efficient service on a very busy Saturday. The setting is great--green rolling pastures with grazing cows.

I brought my two boy's here for the first time today, and we were all very excited to try some Icecream. We waited very patiently in the long line outside, and as we got closer and closer to the door, our excitement grew. Sadly, to say when it was our turn, I asked for two small cups of Icecream, and we were given two small kids Icecream cups. I told the lady that I had asked for the two small cups of Icecream in the blue/white cup. I even had pointed to the small cups of Icecream, and all I got were rolled eyes, rudeness and, "next". If it wasn't for the rude customer service, I would come back again. Such a disappointment.
